I摘要今天的中国处于一个快速发展的时期，轨道交通也不例外。通过兴建轨道交通和大力发展城市轨道交通这一行业，给城市居民的日常出行带来的极大的便利。但这也将面临一个严峻的挑战那就是它从另外一个方面给运营组织工作带来了较大的压力。由于选择搭载地铁出行的人越来越多，大客流现象在今天也就屡见不鲜了，那么如何才能做好突发大客流期间的输送工作，并保障出行乘客的生命财产安全，是当前轨道交通管理人员需要关注的问题。本文首先了解了国内外对于城市地铁突发大客流应急处置技术方法及现状；其次系统性的分析了突发大客流产生的负面影响，以此说明论文研究的必要性，并提供论据；紧接着对大客流定义以及组织方式进行详细阐述；最后对昆明地铁 1 号线首期工程客流数据进行分析，提出突发大客流下的客流组织优化方案，为昆明地铁运营有限公司运营管理提供一定的有效参考。关键词：城市轨道交通；突发大客流；安全运营；组织方案ABSTRACTToday, China is in a period of rapid development, and rail transit is no exception.
