本科论文摘 要随着我国人口老龄化速度的不断加快和老龄化人口数量的不断增加,我国人口老龄化提前达到高峰,老年人力资源与利用不得不提上日程。计划生育的基本国策使得生育率在短时期内迅速降低,导致我国呈现出“跑步进入老龄化”的现状,而且“未富先老”的问题在我国十分突出。文章参考借鉴国内外相干文献的基础上,针对城市老年人再就业现状进行了实证调查,分析了老年人再就业在法律制度、相关培训、社会认同等方面存在的问题及原因,并进一步在如何完善老年人再就业管理制度方面提出了一系列对策建议。以期对当前我国城市老年人再就业的发展提供一定的借鉴价值。关键词:低龄退休老年人,人力资源,再就业本科论文AbstractWith the speeding up of China ’s population aging and the increasing number of aging populations, China ’s population aging has reached a peak in advance, and the elderly ’s human resources and utilization have to be put on the agenda.
