电子商务下顾客忠诚度的建立与管理【摘要】进入 21 世纪以来,国家经济以难以想象的速度飞速发展,而经济是推动科技发展的强大动力。并且使得当前我国的网络当中的电子商务的快速的发展与进步,并且因为其的强大的身命力,以及能够有效的推动我国的各部门的经济发展、各区域的经济的发展、促进我国的国民经济的发展,而顾客忠诚度的建立与管理是电子商务企业发展的源泉和动力之一。本文主要从电子商务下顾客忠诚度的建立与管理入手,介绍了电子商务的发展现状,介绍了在电子商务快速发展的当前对顾客忠诚度进行建立和管理的目的以及意义,分析电子商务环境下顾客忠诚度的影响因素,并且提出电子商务环境下培养顾客忠诚存在的问题与难点,最后,根据提出的问题给出相关的解决措施对电子商务下顾客忠诚度进行建立与管理,希望能够对我国的电子商务下顾客忠诚度的建立与管理有促进的作用。【关键词】电子商务;忠诚度;顾客Establishment and Management of Customer Loyalty under E-commerce[Abstract] Since the beginning of the 21st century, the national economy has developed at an unimaginable speed, and the economy is a powerful driving force for the development of science and technology.
