自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床效果作者：刘瑜等来源：《中国医药导报》第 20 期 [摘要] 目的 探讨自体外周血造血干细胞移植（auto-PBSCT）治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL ）的临床效果。 办法 选择第三军医大学大坪医院野战外科研究所 6 月～12 月进行 auto-PBSCT、临床分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的 37 例 NHL 患者，平均年纪 45.7（8～68）岁。37 例诊疗明确的NHL 患者，在通过 4～8 个疗程的化疗和/或局部放射治疗后行 auto-PBSCT ，术后定时随访。 成果 37 例患者均获得造血功效重建，移植术后完全缓和率（CR）为 70.3%，部分缓和率（PR）为 16.2%，总有效率（RR）为 86.5%（CR+PR）；随访时间 2～93 个月，中位随访时间 30.5 个月。截至随访时间，25 例（69.4%）患者生存，11 例（30.6%）死亡，1 例失访。11例死亡患者中 9 例（81.8%）因疾病复发或进展死亡，1 例（9.09%）因肝炎肝功效衰竭死亡，1 例（9.09%）患者维持治疗中并发多器官功效衰竭死亡。骨髓受浸润的 5 例患者 auto-PBSCT术后 3 例（60.0%）完全缓和，术后生存期最长者达 52 个月。 结论 auto-PBSCT 是治疗 NHL、甚至有骨髓浸润患者的有效方案，能延长患者的生存期；淋巴瘤的分期、与否有骨髓浸润是影响疗效及生存期的因素；疗效与淋巴瘤的疾病类型无关。 [核心词] 自体外周血造血干细胞移植；非霍奇金淋巴瘤；骨髓浸润；分期；疗效 [中图分类号] R733 [文献标记码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（）07（b）-0097-04 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation （auto-PBSCT ） in treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma （NHL）.
