摘要摘要:火龙果又称仙蜜果,仙蜜果果实的外表不同颜色的物质是从仙蜜果果品加工副产物果实的外表中提取得到的自身所含的不同颜色的物质,具有“自身所含的、营养、可口”等多重优点,故作为添加剂在可食用再加工业、彩妆产品制造业等中都具有很好的应用前景 。本实验拟实现仙蜜果的综合利用,提高仙蜜果的深加工后增加的产值,拓展其应用范围,研究了从仙蜜果果实的外表中提取得到血色色素的加工艺术条件。选用仙蜜果果实的外表为原料,对仙蜜果果实的外表内血色色素采用溶媒固液萃取法进行提取得到,研究材料的储存方法、固液萃取液种类、溶媒和固体的比值、固液萃取时间、固液萃取温度以及酸碱度对不同颜色的物质提取得到的影响,确定最适的加工艺术条件:对仙蜜果果实的外表进行冷冻储存;固液萃取液为去离子水;溶媒和固体的比值为 5∶1;固液萃取时间 30min;固液萃取温度 50℃;固液萃取液酸碱度为 6 时,可以得到高收率、高色值、安全的仙蜜果果实的外表血色色素。关键词: 火龙果果实的外表自身所含的不同颜色的物质提取AbstractAbstract:Fire dragon fruit is also called immortal honey fruit.
