餐厨垃圾车螺旋卸料机构的设计【摘要】 高技术、高效率发展要求下,这个设计通过增加螺旋卸料机构来对餐厨垃圾车进行卸料方便、快速。餐厨垃圾车在垃圾转载完成以后到餐厨垃圾处理厂进行卸料,由于部分餐厨垃圾处理厂的接口为较小的料斗,如一下卸料管道等。导致无法打开车辆后门进行快速卸料,需在车厢后门上设计较小的排料口,通过螺旋输送及对箱体内餐厨垃圾进行排泄,保证垃圾有效的排放减少二次污染。【关键词】餐厨垃圾车 螺旋卸料机构 绞龙 二次污染【Abstract】under the requirement of high technology and high efficiency development, this design is convenient and quick to unload the garbage truck in the kitchen by increasing the screw unloading mechanism.
