卜蜂莲花湖北省配送中心选址研究摘 要随着社会的发展和经济结构的调整，物流产业迅速崛起并成为国民经济发展的重要组成部分。各大超市把物流配送体系作为核心竞争力之一，科学的物流配送体系对于控制运输成本，提高客户满意度有着巨大的意义。而配送中心的选址是物流配送体系的关键，所以，以降低物流成本，提高配送效率为目的，对卜蜂莲花超市湖北省配送中心的选址进行研究。本文具体内容安排如下：首先，介绍了国内外学者对于配送中心选址问题的有关方法并加以评述。其次，对卜蜂莲花超市及其门店情况进行了简单描述。详细阐述了卜蜂莲花超市的配送现状，提出并分析其存在的问题。从企业发展战略和降低物流成本，提高物流服务水平两个角度来表明卜蜂莲花超市在湖北省建立配送中心的必要性。最后，利用重心法构建模型，运用 Visual C++6.0 软件进行迭代计算，得出配送中心的最佳位置，从而降低配送成本，促进卜蜂莲花超市的大规模发展。【关键词】卜蜂莲花超市；配送中心；重心法；选址Study on location of distribution center of Lotus in Hubei ProvinceAbstractWith the development of society and the adjustment of economic structure, the logistics industry has risen rapidly and become an important component of the national economic development.Each big supermarket regards the logistics distribution system as one of the core competencies, and the scientific logistics distribution system has great significance for controlling the transportation cost and improving the customer satisfaction.While the location of the distribution center is the key to the logistics system, so, in order to reduce logistics costs, improve the efficiency of delivery for the purpose of the research on the location of the distribution center of lotus supermarket in Hubei Province.
