摘 要 音乐基础教育也很重要。音乐教育水平的高低直接影响到我国音乐教育的整体水平。笔者在巴彦淖尔市中小学进行的调查显示，巴彦淖尔市作为基础教育的重要组成部分，存在的问题有很多原因，如：领导班子和主要领导对音乐的认识不足、对音乐的理解不够等。 中小学管理不够，重视不够。中小学专业音乐教师和专职音乐教师稀缺，教师非常薄弱，教学设备落后等。这些不利因素间接影响了巴彦淖尔市中小学音乐基础课程的顺利实施。 本文主要采用问卷调查、走访、数理统计和文献资料等方法，对巴彦淖尔市中小学音乐教育现状进行调查研究，并对巴彦淖尔市音乐教育现状进行分析，提出了巴彦淖尔市中小学音乐教育的对策。y 为改变音乐教育现状提供建设性建议，如增加财政预算、更新教学理念等。关键词： 分析调查；中小学；音乐教育；巴彦淖尔市AbstractMusic basic education is also very important.
