I摘 要筹 资管理 指的是企 业通过筹 资渠道和 资本 市场，运用 筹资 方式，根据 企业的生产经营、对外 投资和 调整资 本结构的 需要，保证企业在进行筹资过程中切实经济有效的一种财务行为，所谓筹资管理的目的在于一定程度上使企业的生产经营规模进行扩展，提高经济效益，在进行项目投资的过程中倘若不能如期实现预期的效益，那么企业在相关债务的偿还方面以及切实的盈利状况就有可能因此受到一定的影响。本文以 HW 公司为研究对象，针对其现状从其内部筹资，外部筹资和筹资风险，分析了在筹资上存在的问题；分析了导致这些问题的原因；提出了解决这些问题的方法正确的筹资方式和筹资风险的防范是企业财务筹资管理的首要环节和内容。 【关键词】筹资管理 筹资方式 筹资风险AbstractFinancing management refers to the financing and financing of enterprises through the use of financing methods, according to the needs of enterprises in production, IImanagement, foreign investment and adjustment of capital structure, to ensure that enterprises in the process of financing, a cost-effective financial behavior, so-called financing The purpose of management is to expand the scale of production and operation of enterprises to a certain extent and improve economic efficiency.
