“乡村振兴”战略背景下苏州市乡村公共文化服务体系的建设现状与发展对策分析摘 要为了解决三农问题，为了能够让我过的众多农民老百姓过上富足的生活，为了我国经济社会的发展，习主席提出了乡村振兴战略。改革开放以后，我国经济经历了飞速的发展，堪称经济奇迹，人民的物质生活越来越丰富，随之也产生了越来越多的精神追求。所以，中央和地方十分重视农村的精神文化建设，努力为广大农民营造良好的文化氛围。苏州作为经济发达地区的文化强市，在公共文化服务体系建设方面进行了初步尝试，并取得了良好的效果。但是随着形势的不断变化，苏州市在发展过程中也不断的碰到各种问题，发生自身存在的各种缺陷，通过对各种问题进行研究和总结，提出合理的改进建议，可以给苏州市改进公共文化服务体系提供借鉴，为其发展做出贡献。同时其他城市在将来创建自身服务体系的过程中也能够借鉴苏州在发展过程对所遇到问题的解决方式以及改进优化自身服务体系所采取的措施。这里对苏州目前的公共文化体系的建设情况进行了总结和概括，此基础上，找出当前建设过程中存在的问题和原因，对问题进行分析以后根据分析结果提出自己的改进建议，希望其能够不断的完善，不断的优化。关键词：乡村公共文化服务；体系建设；问题；对策IAnalysis of Current Situation and Development Countermeasure of Rural Public Cultural Service System in Suzhou City under the Strategic Background of "Vitalization of Rural Areas"AbstractImplementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization is an important decision-making plan for the work of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core, focusing on the overall situation of the Party and state undertakings and meeting the yearning of hundreds of millions of peasants for a better life.
