两面针的贮藏技术研究 摘 要两面针为芸香科花椒属植物，在我国主要分布于福建、广东、广西、云南等地，是民间常用的一种植物药，其根、根皮及茎皮入药，主治毒蛇咬伤、牙病、胃痛、咽喉肿痛、风湿性关节痛等症。现代研究证明其具有抗肿瘤、镇痛、消炎等药用作用。但是为了让两面针尽可能发挥其药用价值，需要将其保存完好，什么样的贮存条件才能保障其活性成分最大限度地保留，是本文亟待解决的问题。本文在指出氯化两面针碱、总多糖以及总黄酮的测定和制备方法基础上，对烘干前后两面针样品重要变化进行了分析，发现烘干后的样品比未烘干的样品重量增加较少，总灰分、总黄酮、氯化两面针碱、多糖这四种物质在不同的包装情况下含量都会发生变化，密封和真空状态下的变化较不包装要小，同时低温环境下的变化比室温下的变化要小，这是因为密封或者真空包装会隔绝空气中的氧气和水分，低温环境同样对于贮藏两面针药材、降低其药用成分分解十分有效。希望本文的研究可以为两面针的贮存提供一定的参考指导作用。关键词：两面针；贮存技术；；氯化两面针碱；总黄酮；多糖1AbstractBoth sides of the needle for Rutaceae Zanthoxylum, mainly distributed in China's Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan and other places, is a kind of common folk medicinal plants, root, root bark and stem bark used for treating rheumatic joint pain, dental disease, stomach pain, sore throat, snake bite disease.
