I谈 我 国 事 业 单 位 的 激 励 机 制摘要:科技的发展,经济全球化,促使我国事业单位在行政管理中进行改革。我国事业单位人力资源管理仍然受到传统理念的影响,观念老套,缺乏创新,缺乏活力。为了跟上时代发展的脚步,紧跟国家可持续发展战略的客观要求,为了适应发展的大环境,这就要求制定和实行科学合理的绩效考核,制定行之有效的激励机制。为了激励机制能够有效发挥起作用,就需要对现行的激励机制进行改革和创新。但现行的绩效考核制度的不完善,也导致我国事业单位没能根据实际情况制定合理有效的激励机制。要想跟上时代发展的步伐,不被历史的进程淘汰,就必须制定和实行合理有效的激励机制。本文在现实的基础上描述了我国事业单位现行激励机制的现状,指出了激励机制中存在的不足,并提出了相应的建议。关键词:事业单位 人力资源 绩效考核 激励机制Abstract: The development of science and technology and the economic globalization have promoted the reform of Chinese institutions in administrative management.
