摘要目的:利用原子分光光度法检测苏州地水产果蔬中重金属的成分的量及危害情况。比较土地中重金属的三种取样方法,确定最佳的取样方法。研究土地与果蔬中重金属的相干性。方法:调查研究了苏州地水产常见的 12 种果蔬及土地,并按照国家规范对果蔬中重金属危害情况进行了评价。采用稀盐酸,去离子水和乙二胺四乙酸取样苏州地水产 51 个样点的土地中重金属锌、铅、铜、镉,并用原子分光光度法检测成分的量。关键词:果蔬;土地;重金属;危害;相干;取样;盐酸; I┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊装┊┊┊┊┊订┊┊┊┊┊线┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊ABSTRACT ABSTRACT : Objective: To determine the content and harm of heavy metals in aquatic fruits and vegetables in Suzhou by atomic spectrophotometry. than Compared with the three sampling methods of heavy metals in land, the best sampling method was determined. Methods: 12 kinds of fruits and vegetables and land commonly used in fisheries in Suzhou were investigated and studied, and heavy metal hazards in fruits and vegetables were evaluated according to the national standards.
