摘要当前形势下液压驱动技术发展势头迅猛,柱塞泵在该领域当中成为重中之重的液压元件之一,其性能的优良程度在一定程度上决定着液压系统能否运转正常,柱塞泵在一些领域的应用越来越广泛,对经济社会发展起着重要的作用,但我国在柱塞泵设计和应用方面远落后于世界先进水平。本论文基于目前国内外斜盘式柱塞泵发展现状的基础上,提出一款轴向斜盘式柱塞泵结构,其相应的特性具体可以归结为结构相对较为紧凑且成本较低。基于 UG 完成了相应的三维模型建立,除此之外还进行了仿真及数控编程,对以后斜盘式柱塞泵的研究与设计有较高的参考价值。关键词:斜盘式柱塞泵 UG 建模ABSTRACTUnder the current situation, the development of hydraulic drive technology is booming. Piston pumps have become one of the most important hydraulic components in this field. The excellent performance of the piston pump determines whether the hydraulic system can operate normally or not. The plunger pump is in the process. The application of some fields is more and more extensive, playing an important role in economic and social development, but China is far behind the world's advanced level in the design and application of piston pumps.Based on the current development of swash plate piston pumps at home and abroad, this paper proposes an axial swash plate piston pump structure, the corresponding characteristics can be attributed to the relatively compact structure and low cost. Based on UG, the corresponding 3D model was established.
