合肥市某高层办公楼给排水设计(1) 摘 要:随着我国经济建设的快速发展,人民生活水平的提高,城市中越来越多地出现高层建筑,而且高层建筑所占的比例也越来越大。人们对高层建筑的要求不断提高,特别是对给排水的设计,不仅要求经济实用,而且要求美观大方。本次设计为一幢高层办公楼,建筑高度 76.4m,地上 22 层,地下一层(车库兼人防),总建筑面积约 22,900m2(其中地上 21000m2,地下 1900m2),1-22 层为办公用房。设计范围包括:建筑给水系统,消防给水系统、自动喷水灭火系统、污水系统。给水系统采用分区供水,一到五层为低区,由市政管网直接供水。六层到十二层为中区,十三层到二十二层为高区,采用下行上给的供水方式,由地下室的生活水池-变频恒压供水供水;排水系统采用的是污、废分流制,底层单独排水,废水排水立管仅设伸顶通气管,污水排水立管设专用通气立管,污水再经化粪池处理后排向市政污水管网;消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统,火灾初期 10min 的水由消防水箱供给,正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。地下室消防泵房内设消火栓泵、喷淋泵各二台(一用一备)。我们按照相关设计规范的要求,结合工程实际,整体规划,合理布局,使设计更加符合适用、安全、卫生、经济等要求。关键词:给水系统,消防系统,自动喷水灭火系统,污水系统ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of our country's economic construction, people's living standard improved, more and more high-rise buildings appear in cities, and the proportion of high-rise buildings is growing.
