毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要资 产 证 券 化 服 务 中 小 微 企 业 融 资 研 究摘 要 ：随着社会上现有中小微企业的数量极速增加，但针对小微企业进行融资的渠道相对较少，且商业银行针对小微企业融资的门槛很高，在众多的小微企业融资渠道中，资产证券化是现如今较为有效率的融资渠道之一。该融资渠道可以在很大程度上提升小微企业资金的流动性，缓解中小微企业的经营压力，给予中小微企业持续发展的资金支持，并且很大程度上降低中小微企业的融资成本 。本文主要通过对资产证券化方式进行筛选 ， 对 中 小 微 企 业 的 界 定 ， 最 后 对 碧 桂 园- 小微 企 业 1 期 应 收 账 款 资 产 支 持 专 项 计 划 这 一 成功案例进行研究，以期能够得到资产证券化对中小微企业融资的借鉴意义，缓解大部分中 小 微 企 业 的 融 资 难 问 题 。关键词：中小微企业 资产证券化 案例研究I毕业论文外文摘要Title Research on F inancing of S mall and M edium-sized Micro- enterprises in Asset Securitization Service AbstractWith the rapid increase in the number of small and medium-sized enterprises in the society, there are relatively few channels for financing small and micro enterprises, and the threshold for commercial banks to raise funds for small and micro enterprises is high.
