摘要人员绩效考核为人力资源管理与开发最关键、最根本的因素,增强人员绩效考核的效率,对提升公司竞争水平,推动公司可持续发展起着巨大作用。伴随建设工程领域有关立法的不断健全,监理方的责任日益增加,对韵达公司员工水平的要求也日益提升。所以建立行之有效的绩效考核体系,对韵达公司员工进行绩效考核显得尤为重要。本文以韵达公司为例,通过对其公司的员工绩效考评问题进行探讨,发现公司人员绩效管理出现问题以及原因体现在四个方面:考评主体结构不科学;考评不够公正;考评目标不清晰、不全面;考评缺乏交流与反馈。并提出了提升公司绩效考评的管理对策以及公司人员绩效考评制度的实施保障,力求为建筑行业公司绩效考评方面的问题提供参考意见。关键词:韵达公司;绩效考核;制度 Abstract Personnel performance appraisal is the most critical and fundamental factor of human resource management and development, which enhances the efficiency of personnel performance appraisal and plays a great role in enhancing the company's competition level and promoting the sustainable development of the company.
