摘 要石墨电极是电弧炉炼钢或其他电冶金行业的重要导电材料,随着电弧炉炼钢和其他电冶金行业的发展,石墨电极生产已经成为国民经济中不可缺少的部门之一,在国家历次发布的技术发展政策中均被列为重点发展内容。本文主要讨论石墨电极镗孔专机机械系统设计,主要包括机床床身结构的设计,托料架的设计,夹具及夹紧机构的设计。通过 GSK96 数控系统和 PLC 实现专机的自动控制。石墨电极接头生产采用数控加工,其优点是加工质量稳定、可靠加工精度高、具有高度柔性、生产率高、改善劳动条件、利于生产管理,减轻工作人员压力,降低生产成本,提高经济效益。关键词:石墨电极;夹紧机构;夹具;GSK96AbstractGraphite electrode is an important conductive material for the electric arc furnace steel-making or other electric metallurgical industry.
