摘 要随着工业自动化程度的提高和锅炉工艺水平的日益完善,工业锅炉自动化控制从简单地 DDZ-Ⅲ 系统仪表、计算机控制系统发展到目前所采用的触摸屏+PLC 显示控制系统。对于日常生活中供热供水的燃煤锅炉房,普遍采用 PLC(可编程控制器)来控制锅炉运行所需的各种动力设备。本文采用先进的 PLC 控制技术,针对民用锅炉房中燃煤锅炉的引风机、一次风机、二次风机、给水泵电机、补水泵电机、给煤电机、炉排电机等动力设备设计出一套合理而实用的控制方案,能够实现各种电机的顺序启停以及动力设备的故障报警和保护功能,最大限度的降低锅炉房的安全隐患和经济损失;同时本文还对对锅炉房的供配电照明工程进行了详尽的规划设计。本设计还采用三菱 PLC 仿真软件对动力部分的控制方案进行模拟,有效地提高了控制程序的可靠性和完整性。关键词:锅炉动力控制,PLC,供配电照明ABSTRACTWith the improvement in the level of industrial automation and the level of the boiler process improvement, industrial automation and the control of the boiler simply from DDZ-Ⅲ system instrumentation, computer control system developed to touch -screen + PLC Control System currently.
