中药科学研究的几个关键问题*肖 小 河（解放军第 302 医院全军中药研究所 北京 100039）摘 要 当今中医药科技发展面临的机遇与挑战都是空前的。中药科学研究要想在可期待的时间里取得重大突破，有三大层面的基本问题必须得到首要解决：一是科学把握中药的基本概念和范畴，应注意“粗、大、黑”是中药，“半粗、半黑”也是中药，“不粗、不黑”还是中药。二是应科学制订中药科学研究的基本导向和策略，应“有可为，有不可为”、“有所为，有所不为”、“要创新，更要规范”。三是应科学制订国家中医药科技发展“线路图”，中药有效性评价与再提高、中药安全性评价与合理用药、中药药效物质筛选与辨识、中药质量控制与评价技术、中药资源的可持续利用与保护、中药药性理论的现代科学表征与应用等可作为今后 20 年内我国中药研究的优先和重点发展领域。 关键词 中药 基本概念和范畴，研究导向和策略，重点和优先发展领域Some Key Issues about the Scientific Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Xiao Xiao-he(1Institute of Chinese Meteria Medica, 302 Hospital of PLA, Beijing 100039)Abstract Since the Tenth Five-Year Plan in China, the science and technology of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has gained unprecedented high attention, and at the same time, the people who have been engaging in the TCM research are bearing more and more missions and responsibilities. In order to get more significant breakthroughs and scientific achievements with great innovation, great value and great influence in the near future, the radical target and strategy for TCM research should be made out as follows: sifting out the lees, laying aside the disputes, tamping the identical opinions, and innovating to apply.
