世界金融危机对中欧经贸的影响和对策研究□祖 强（江苏省委党校世界经济与政治教研部主任、教授）□朱芹芹（江苏省委党校世界经济专业硕士研究生）内容摘要：金融危机前中欧贸易总量迅速增加，欧盟已成为中国第一大贸易伙伴；对华直接投资增长迅速，形式多样；中欧技术合作的的领域不断拓宽，规模和金额都迅速增加。然而 2008 年 9 月爆发的全球金融危机，使世界经济增长放缓，中欧经贸发展也不可避免地受到了影响，主要表现在：中欧进出口贸易额明显下降；欧盟对我国直接投资下降，但中国对外直接投资增加；自欧盟引进先进技术的数量和质量都呈下降趋势；中欧双边贸易摩擦明显增多。为此我们应采取相应措施，积极应对金融危机带来的挑战，进一步提高中欧经贸发展水平。关键词：金融危机 中欧经贸 进出口贸易 FDI 经济和技术合作Abstract：Before the crisis，the trade volume of the EU and China increased rapidly and the EU has become China's first largest trading partner; the rapid growth of direct investment in China is in various forms; the field of technical cooperation is continuously expanding, and both of size and amount are increasing rapidly. However, after outbreak of the global financial crisis in September 2008, world economic growth started slowing. China-EU economic and trade exchanges will inevitably be affected. Main features follow: import and export volume decreased significantly; the direct investment from the EU declined, but China's foreign direct investment increased; advanced technologies introduced from the European Union radiate a downward trend in the quantity and quality; trade friction has increased considerably.
