摘要中国拥有丰富的煤炭资源,在一次能源生产和消费中煤炭占 70%，从中长期来看，煤炭仍将是我国主要的能源。煤炭是不可再生能源而且我国大部分煤炭是难选煤或极难选煤，为实现煤炭高效利用，需采用高效的洗选加工工艺，合理的选煤厂总体设计，先进可靠的配套装备，及科学的管理方法相结合的策略。本设计以@@##矿原煤资料为基础，通过对原煤资料的分析，设计出合理的工艺流程，通过计算确定适宜的设备，再对车间进行恰当的布置。最后，对工业场地进行了总体规划，使各个生产环节间与辅助设施间构成了一个有机的整体。此外，本设计还对给排水、采暖通风、技术分析等方面进行了阐述。本设计采用以无压给料三产品重介质旋流器为主要分选设备的不脱泥、不分级重介质选煤工艺,是具有国际先进水平的选煤技术，粗煤泥（0.25-0.5mm）高频筛回收，细煤泥（-0.25mm）浮选床分选；适合该矿极难选煤的分选，工艺流程简单，易于管理，设计以简单高效重介选煤工艺为指导思路。关键词： 选煤 无压给料三产品重介质旋流器 浮选ABSTRACTChina is abundant in coal resources, Coal accounts for 70% in production and consumption of the primary energy and will still be the main energy source for the nation in a medium or long term.It’s non-renewable energy .For most of China's coal ,the separation is difficult or extremely difficult.
