- 1 - / 17 毕业设计 <论文)农用运输车变速器的设计英文名称 <字体: Timers New Roman 字号:小二)班级学生姓名学号9 指导教师职称工程师 / 讲师导师单位论文提交日期- 2 - / 17 摘要关于简单三轴四档式变速器的设计,首先选择的是齿轮模数,在总挡位和一档位速比确定后,合理分配变速器各档位的速比,接着计算出齿轮参数和中心距,并对齿轮进行强度验算,确定齿轮的结构和尺寸,绘制齿轮的零件图,根据经验公式初步计算出轴的尺寸,然后对每个档位下轴的刚度和强度进行验算,确定出轴的机构和尺寸。最终完成变速器的零件图和装配图的绘制。变速器的齿轮为标准齿轮,档位数和传动比与发动机参数匹配,保证了汽车具有良好的动力性和经济性。该变速器具有操作简单、方便、传动效率高,制造容易,成本低廉,维修方便的特点,适应农用运输车的使用。本次设计的变速器对前进挡齿轮采用锁环式惯性同步器,对于倒档齿轮采用滑移齿轮进行换挡,可以使制造比较方便。变速器齿轮的润滑采用压力强制润滑,在齿轮径向钻3~4 个孔。虽然制造有点麻烦,但润滑比较可靠,而且油液是循环的。关键词 :变速器齿轮传动比Abstract On the simple three axis four gear transmission design, the first choice of gear module, in the general gear and the gear ratio is determined, reasonable allocation of the transmission gear ratio, and calculate the gear parameters and the distance from the center, and on the gear strength checking, determining the gear structure and size, drawing gear parts, according to the empirical formula to calculate the size of the primary shaft, then for each gear shaft stiffness and strength checking, determine the axis of the body and size.
