摘 要加工贸易是发展中国家参与全球国际分工的的有效途径。加工贸易作为浙江这一外贸大省的重要外贸易方式之一，特别对纺织业有着不可忽视的作用。本文先概述了嘉兴市的加工贸易对纺织业的发展状况，并阐述了当前加工贸易与纺织业存在的问题，进而提出了解决的对策和建议。关键词：加工贸易，纺织业，影响 ABSTRACTProcessing trade is the international division of labor in developping countries to participate in global and effective way.
