正强化物的选择与使用策略研究—以南京市S幼儿园为例目录摘要ⅠABSTRACTⅡ一、绪论1（一）研究背景及缘由1（二）研究意义1（三）核心概念的界定2（四）文献综述3（五）研究设计7二、幼儿教师对于正强化物的选择与使用策略的调查分析10（一）对于正强化物的选择现状的分析10（二）对于正强化物的使用现状的分析14三、研究结果与分析讨论22（一）正强化物的选择策略22（二）正强化物的使用策略23（三）关于正强化物的选择与使用策略的注意点27四、研究反思与展望28附录一30附录二32致谢33参考文献341江苏第二师范学院17届本科生毕业设计（论文）摘要幼儿养成良好的行为习惯是其心理健康发展的重要基础，正强化是一种心理学方法，能够塑造与矫正幼儿的行为。奖励是幼儿教师常用的教学手段，在心理学上，奖励具有正强化的作用，在对幼儿进行良好行为塑造的过程中，为使奖励手段发挥有效的正强化作用，幼儿教师需要在“教育心理学化”观念的指导下，赋予奖励以心理学意义，避免主观随意的奖励，恰当运用正强化物，使奖励行为更为理性和系统化。本文是关于幼儿教师对于正强化物的选择与使用策略的研究。本研究选取南京市6所优秀幼儿园为研究对象，并以其中的S园为例来具体说明研究的问题，主要运用了文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法，基于相关理论与实证性的调查结果，笔者总结提炼出了正强化物的选择策略和使用策略。研究结果如下：与消极强化物和惩罚刺激相比，正强化物蕴含着赏识教育的理念，对于幼儿的发展有着独特的价值，幼儿教师需要选择适宜的、多样化的、多层次的奖励物以契合幼儿的身心发展。提高正强化物使用的有效性需要幼儿教师确立适宜的、具体明确的目标行为；给予幼儿及时的、多样化的信息反馈；坚持“按需奖励”的原则，关注奖励的针对性和差异性；合理安排强化程序以维持幼儿的行为反应；灵活调整正强化内容以减缓行为的消退；以及正确地运用代币来塑造与矫正幼儿的行为。幼儿教师运用正强化物时要注意：防止正强化法对不良行为的无意强化；坚持“按需强化”的原则来引发或维持幼儿的内部动机；保持正强化的一致性。关键词：幼儿教师；正强化物；选择；使用策略；IABSTRACTDevelopinggoodbehaviorsisanimportantbasisforthedevelopmentofchildren’smentalhealth.Strengtheningisapsychologicalmethod,whichcanbeusedtoshapeandcorrectthebehaviorsofyoungchildren.Rewardistheteachingmethodscommonlyusedbykindergartenteachers.Inpsychology,therewardhasapositiveeffect.Intheprocessofshapingthegoodbehaviorsofyoungchildren,andinordertomaketherewardmeansplayaneffectivepositiveeffect,kindergartenteachersneedtobeundertheconceptof"educationalpsychology",offeringthepsychologicalsignificancetoincentives,avoidingusingrewardssubjectivelyandrandomly,usingthepositivereinforcementsappropriately,sothattheirincentivesbecomemorerationalandsystematic.Thisarticleisaboutkindergartenteachers’strategiesonhowtoselectandusepositivereinforcements.Thisstudyselects6excellentkindergartensinNanjingastheresearchobject,andtakestheSkindergartenasanexampletospecifytheresearchproblems.Theauthormainlyusedthreekindsofresearchmethods:theliteratureresearchmethod,questionnairesurveymethodandinterviewmethod.Basedontherelevanttheoreticalandempiricalfindings,theauthorsummedupthepositivereinforcementsoftheselectionstrategiesandtheuseofstrategies.Theresultsareasfollows:Comparedwiththenegativereinforcementsandpunishmentstimulus,thepositivereinforcementscontaintheconceptofappreciationeducation,whichhasauniquevalueonchildren.Kindergartenteachersneedtochoosetheappropriate,diversified,multi-levelawardstofitchildren’sphysicalandmentaldevelopment.Improvingtheuseofpositivereinforcementseffectivelyneedskindergartenteacherstoestablishappropriate,specificandcleartargetbehaviors;togivechildre...
