I摘要隔代教育指祖辈对孙辈的抚养和教育。城市隔代教育指的是在城市里祖辈对孙辈的抚养和教育。本课题采用了个案研究法、文献法等对城市隔代教育进行了研究。我国城市隔代教育可分为“完全隔代教养型”和“联合教养型”。城市隔代教育对祖辈、父辈和孙辈均有积极的影响。对祖辈而言，隔代教育能够让老人们“老有所为”；对父辈而言，能解除父辈的诸多后顾之忧；理性的隔代教育给予孙辈的不仅仅是难能可贵的亲情，更重要的是，帮助孙辈养成了良好的性格和习惯。城市隔代教育的产生源于中国历史、社会和家庭方面的影响。在城市的特殊背景下，把握隔代教育的特点，从家庭、学校、社会等多方面入手，方可扬长避短，优化城市隔代教育，从而有利于城市儿童的健康成长。首先，父辈方面，要加强学习，提升家庭责任感。祖辈应尽最大努力使孩子在身心健康方面得到全面发展，不墨守老一代的育儿成规。父辈与祖辈同心协力，相互合作，合理分工，促进儿童身心健康发展。其次，学校方面，定期跟踪观察，并及时给予针对性的意见和建议，开展有针对性的集体活动。最后，应完善我国隔代监护法，开展合适的活动，转变祖辈教育观念及教育方法，建立健全的社会保障体系。关键词：城市；隔代教育；对策IIABSTRACTThealternate-generationeducationreferstotheupbringingandeducationoftheirgrandchildren,grandparents.Thealternate-generationeducationreferstothecityfortheupbringingandeducationoftheirgrandchildren,grandparentsinthecity.Thissubjectadoptscasestudymethod,literaturemethodstudyofthealternate-generationeducationonthecity.Thealternate-generationeducationinChinesecitiescanbedividedinto"completelyskip-a-generationtype"and"co-parenting".Thecityonthealternate-generationeducationgrandparents,parentsandgrandchildrenhaveapositiveimpact.Forthepurposesoftheancestors,thealternate-generationeducationtolettheoldmenofhealthandworthiness";Forthepurposesoftheirparents,canrelievealotoftheparentstoworryabout;Theeducationofthenextgenerationoftheirgrandchildren,thereasonisnotonlythepreciousfamilyand,moreimportantly,tohelpdevelopgoodcharacterandhabitsoftheirgrandchildren.Cityoriginatesfromthealternate-generationeducationinChinesehistory,theinfluenceofsocialandfamilyaffairs.Underthespecialbackgroundofthecity,Graspthecharacteristicsofthealternate-generationeducationFromfamily,school,societyandsoonmanyaspects,inordertofosterstrengthsandcircumventweaknesses,tooptimizethealternate-generationeducation,whichisbeneficialtothehealthygrowthofurbanchildren.Firstly,respecttheirparents,toenhancelearning,improvethefamilysenseofresponsibility.Grandparentsshallusetheirbesteffortstomakethecomprehensivedevelopmentofchildrenintermsofphysicalandmentalhealth,nottoupholdtherulesofparentingtheoldergeneration.Parentsandgrandparentstoworktogether,tocooperatewitheachother,rationaldivisionoflabor,topromotethedevelopmentofphysicalandmentalhealthofchildren.Secondly,withregardtoschools,regularfollow-upobservations,andsuchmonitorings,timelyobservationsandrecommendations,thetargetedgroupactivities.Finally,skip-generationcustodylawinChinashouldbeimproved,tocarryoutappropriateactivities,transformationofeducationalconceptandtheeducationalmethodsoftheancestors,establishingandperfectingthesocialsecuritysystem.IIIKeywords:City;educationfornextgeneration;countermeasures江苏第二师范学院2017届本科生毕业设计（论文）第一章绪论一、研究的目的及意义研究本课题的意义，在于通过研究，找出这几年城市“隔代教育”愈演愈烈的原因和其中存在的种种问题。认识这一实际现象后，通过个别案例分析来进一步探究隔代教育对祖辈、父辈和孙辈的影响，以此引导家长形成正确的成材观...
