摘要随着互联网技术的广泛应用，互联网+、大数据时代的到来，人们对个人隐私，人身安全的保障越来越重视，这方面的需求也逐渐攀升。各行各业都更加关注安全防护管理系统的构建，管理者可以通过安全防护管理系统统一协调和管控日常生活工作的秩序，同时确保安全；而普通的民众也能够通过这种系统及时的掌握和了解身边的环境及突发事，做好预警。随着社会的快速发展，社区作为人们聚集生活的单位，稳定的社会关系建立的基地，对于安全防控的需求越来越重视，因此针对居住社区建立一个高效、及时反馈的安防管理系统，提升社区安全等级，保障居民安居乐业就显得尤为重要To本文在研究国内外先进理论的基础上，结合小区安防管理系统的需求，基于经典安全防护系统，依托现有技术如OpenCV计算机视觉数据库，运动物体的检测及追踪技术等，旨在设计一个简洁高效B/S模式的社区视频安防管控系统，加强对视觉盲区、地下车库等犯罪率高发区域的安全管控，同时通过智慧社区的构建，极大的降低居民的物业成本。文章首先阐述了智慧社区安防管理系统的研究背景、发展现状，在此基础之上解释了本文的主要研究内容。接着介绍了开发系统所需要用到的工具OpenCV,Spring,Mybatis,Mysql等，通过分析社区安全防护管理方面的业务需求，确定了系统具体有监测、追踪运动物体，管理系统内操作系统、设备和音视频等功能需求。并对这些业务进行梳理，凝练出业务流程图。根据功能结构和逻辑结构，对系统的构建进行了整体的架构设计，对每一功能模块功能的实现，功能模块之间的交互都进行了详细的设计说明。运动物体的检测和追踪作为系统的重点，其相关算法如Camshift.帧间差分法等在第五章具体展开说明，包括运动物体检测和追踪的各个子模块的功能实现，都做了系统的设计说明。最后从浏览器界面进行系统登录，对系统进行了全面的测试，测试结果显示本文实现了智慧社区安防管理系统各业务模块功能。该系统打破了社区安保工作依赖于人力资源在时间和空间的限制，降低了物业成本，加强了居住社区的安全保障。关键词：智慧社区视频安防管理系统运动物体检测和追踪ABSTRACTABSTRACTWiththewideapplicationofInternettechnologyandtheadventoftheeraofInternetplus,bigdata,people'spersonalprivacyandpersonalsafetyarebeingpaidmoreandmoreattention.Allwalksoflifearemoresafetyprotectionmanagementsystemconstruction,managerscanthroughthesafetyprotectionmanagementsystemunifiedcoordinationandcontrolofdailylifeworkorder,whileensuringsafety;andordinarypeoplecanalsothroughthissystemtimelygraspandunderstandthesurroundingenvironmentandtheoccurrenceofemergencies,doagoodjobinearlywarning.Withtherapiddevelopmentofsociety,thecommunity,astheunitwherepeoplegatherandlive,isthebasefortheestablishmentofstablesocialrelations.Moreandmoreattentionispaidtothedemandofsafetypreventionandcontrol.Therefore,itisparticularlyimportanttoestablishanefficientandtimelyfeedbacksecuritymanagementsystemfortheresidentialcommunity,improvethesecuritylevelofthecommunity,andensurethesafetyoftheresidents.Basedontheclassicalsecuritysystem,thispaperfurtherexploresthealgorithmofmovingobjectmonitoringandtrackingincomputer.Anewtypeofintelligentsecuritysystemisdesigned,andthecorrespondingalgorithmisruninthesecuritysystem.Basedontheresearchofadvancedtheoriesathomeandabroad,combinedwiththeneedsofthesecuritymanagementsystemofthecommunity,basedontheclassicsecurityprotectionsystem,relyingontheexistingtechnologiessuchasOpenCVcomputervisiondatabase,movingobjectdetectionandtrackingtechnology,thispaperaimstodesignasimpleandefficientB/Smodeofcommunityvideosecuritymanagementandcontrolsystem,andstrengthenthecrimerateofblindareaandundergroundgarageThesecuritymanagementandcontrolofthedevelopmentarea,aswellastheconstructionofsmartcommunity,gre...
