摘要随着中国经济市场化的逐步深入和地区经济的迅速发展，带动居民收入水平的大幅提高，也扩大居民对金融投资的需求。而随着我国资本市场和金融市场的发展，居民的家庭金融资产不再局限于现金与银行存款，开始多元化投资，债券、股票、基金等成为居民金融资产选择的对象。大连是我国非常知名的旅游城市，随着经济的发展，其生产总值也在不断提高，大连的人均生产总值一直高于国内人均生产总值的两倍以上。我国对于家庭资产配置的研究还处于一个初级的阶段，大多数研究都比较宏观，因此还应该进行更加深入的研究。通过本次研究可以在一定程度上丰富我国关于家庭资产配置的研究成果，因此，本次研究以大连地区的居民为研究对象，分析大连市城镇居民家庭资产配置的现状，然后分析了影响家庭配置的主要因素，发现居民家庭资产配置态度、居民家庭收入、受教育程度与金融知识和居民风险偏好是其主要的影响因素，最后提出具体的优化对策，应该根据生命周期理论制定进行资产配置规划，提高城镇居民家庭收入，政府加强监管、泛化群众金融知识，强化居民风险管理意识，促进城镇居民合理配置家庭资产，具有非常重要的研究价值。关键词：城镇居民；家庭资产；配置CountermeasureAnalysisontheOptimizationofHouseholdAssetAllocationofUrbanResidentsinDalianAbstractWiththegradualdeepeningofChina'seconomicmarketizationandtherapiddevelopmentofregionaleconomy,theincomelevelofresidentshasbeengreatlyimproved,andthedemandforfinancialinvestmenthasalsobeenexpanded.WiththedevelopmentofChina'scapitalmarketandfinancialmarket,thehouseholdfinancialassetsofresidentsarenolongerlimitedtocashandbankdeposits,andbegantodiversifyinvestment.Bonds,stocks,fundsandsoonhavebecometheobjectsofchoiceforresidents'financialassets.Dalianisaverywell-knowntouristcityinChina.Withtheeconomicdevelopment,itsGDPisalsoincreasing.ThepercapitaGDPofDalianhasbeenmorethantwicethatofthedomesticpercapitaGDP.TheresearchonhouseholdassetallocationinChinaisstillinitsinfancy.Mostofthestudiesaremacro,soweshoulddomorein-depthresearch.ThisstudycanenrichtheresearchresultsonhouseholdassetallocationinChinatoacertainextent.Therefore,thisstudytakestheresidentsofDalianastheresearchobject,analyzesthecurrentsituationofhouseholdassetallocationofurbanresidentsinDalian,andthenanalyzesthemainfactorsaffectinghouseholdallocation,andfindsouttheattitudeofhouseholdassetallocation,householdincomeEducationlevel,financialknowledgeandresidents'riskpreferencearethemaininfluencingfactors.Finally,specificoptimizationcountermeasuresareputforward.Assetallocationplanningshouldbeformulatedaccordingtothelifecycletheorytoimproveurbanresidents'familyincome.Thegovernmentshouldstrengthensupervision,generalizepeople'sfinancialknowledge,strengthenresidents'riskmanagementawareness,andpromoteurbanresidents'rationalallocationoffamilyassets,whichhasveryimportantresearchvalue.KeyWords：Urbanresidents;Householdassets;Toconfigure目录摘要.....................................................................................................................................IAbstract..................................................................................................................................II一、绪论................................................................................................................................1（一）研究背景............................................................................................................1（二）研究意义.......................................................................................................
