渤海大学本科毕业论文(设计)基于SSM的小区物业管理系统设计与实现摘要随着计算机科学和技术的发展,人们已经意识到计算机功能发展迅速,与此同时,计算机也逐渐进入人类生活的各个领域并发挥着非常重要的作用。目前物业公司的数量急剧增加,竞争也在不断加强,然而很多的物业公司仍然采用传统的人工管理,这样的管理常常导致问题的产生,而且效率也极低。如何更高效的进行物业管理是现阶段物业公司所面临的问题。本文介绍的物业管理系统,可以很好的管理小区内物业人员和业主人员信息,而且业主同时可以通过系统实现物业费管理和在线报修等功能,十分的方便。本文系统是基于Java技术下开发的,选择Tomcat作为Web服务器,采用MySql数据库。系统能够完成登录模块,管理员功能模块、系统基础功能、报修模块、投诉模块、在线留言模块、物业费用模块等模块的功能。本文介绍的物业管理系统,能够更好的把物业公司所有的物业人员信息等资源进行统一管理,使之不容易发生丢失情况。由于业主需要注册才能使用系统中的功能,所以物业公司可以拿到客户的基本信息,方便后期的维护,也能更好的为用户服务。关键词:物业管理;信息化;MySQL;B/S模式;JavaIDesignandImplementationofCommunityPropertyManagementSystemBasedonSSMAbstractWiththedevelopmentofcomputerscienceandtechnology,peoplehaverealizedtherapiddevelopmentofcomputerfunction,atthesametime,computerhasgraduallyenteredthevariousfieldsofhumanlifeandplaysaveryimportantrole.Atpresent,thenumberofpropertycompaniesisincreasingrapidly,andcompetitionisalsoconstantlystrengthening.However,manypropertycompaniesstillusetraditionalmanualmanagement,whichoftenleadstoproblemsandlowefficiency.Howtocarryonthepropertymanagementmoreefficientlyistheproblemthatthepropertycompanyisfacingatpresentstage.Thispaperintroducesthepropertymanagementsystem,canbeverygoodmanagementofthepropertypersonnelandownersofpersonnelinformationinthecommunity,andownersatthesametimethroughthesystemtoachievepropertymanagementandonlinerepairandotherfunctions,veryconvenient.ThissystemisdevelopedbasedonJavatechnology.TomcatisselectedastheWebserverandMySqldatabaseisused.Thesystemcancompletethefunctionsofloginmodule,administratorfunctionmodule,basicsystemfunction,repairreportmodule,complaintmodule,onlinemessagemodule,propertycostmoduleandothermodules.Thispaperintroducesthepropertymanagementsystem,canbetterthepropertycompanyallpropertypersonnelinformationandotherresourcesforunifiedmanagement,sothatitisnoteasytolosethesituation.Sinceownersneedtoregistertousethefunctionsinthesystem,thepropertycompanycangetthebasicinformationofcustomers,whichisconvenientforlatermaintenanceandcanbetterserveusers.KeyWords:PropertyManagement;Informatization;MySQL;B/SMode;JavaII目录摘要.................................................................................................................................IAbstract..................................................................................................................................II引言..................................................................................................................................11系统概述.............................................................................................................................21.1研究的背景和意义..................................................................................................21.1.1选题的背景...................................................................................................21.1.2选题的意义.................................
