摘要目前,全球经济正面临着多样化的发展趋势,金融业市场逐渐呈现自由化程度,随着金融公司的持续增多,各行业之间产生了更加激烈的竞争。为了在激烈的市场环境中具有一定的地位,传统商业银行开始完善其发展战略,加快多方向协同发展。现阶段传统商业银行应该紧跟时代的发展步伐,不要一直盯着资产负债的相关盈利方式。中间业务系统的进一步发展是未来道路发展的必然趋势。这样才能占据一定的市场份额,使得商业银行的经济利润得到提高,促进银行长久良好的发展。然而,由于缺乏一定的发展理论,发展时间较短,商业银行在发展中间业务的时遇到了发展的瓶颈。眼下当务之急是完善发展体系,促进中间业务稳健长久的发展。本文以深圳建设银行龙岗支行中间业务为研究对象,分析了中间业务发展遇到的瓶颈,通过分析深圳建设银行龙岗支行的具体情况,提出了中间业务发展中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了对策和建议。深圳建设银行龙岗支行中间业务发展中存在的主要问题是基础客户群体规模偏低、产品创新能力不足、中间业务专业人才缺乏、中间业务风险控制水平不足等。通过分析可知,在开展中间业务时,要充分调查当地经济发展现状,投入相应的人力、管理和营销资源,提高企业经营的针对性,实现产出最大化。为了解决上述问题,本文从实施客户差异化细分、加大产品的创新力度、加大人才建设以及完善风险控制等方面来给出了深圳市建设银行龙岗支行中间业务发展的对策和建议。关键词:中间业务;产品创新;风险管控AbstractAtpresent,theglobaleconomyisfacingadiversifieddevelopmenttrend,andthefinancialindustrymarketisgraduallyshowingadegreeofliberalization.Withthecontinuousincreaseoffinancialcompanies,thereismorefiercecompetitionamongvariousindustries.Inordertohaveacertainpositioninthefiercemarketenvironment,traditionalcommercialbanksbegantoimprovetheirdevelopmentstrategiesandacceleratethemulti-directioncoordinateddevelopment.Atthepresentstage,traditionalcommercialbanksshouldkeepupwiththedevelopmentpaceofTheTimes,anddonotalwaysfocusontherelatedprofitsofassetsandliabilities.Thefurtherdevelopmentoftheintermediatebusinesssystemistheinevitabletrendofthefutureroaddevelopment.Onlyinthiswaycantheyoccupyacertainmarketshare,improvetheeconomicprofitsofcommercialbanks,andpromotethelong-termandgooddevelopmentofbanks.However,duetothelackofacertaindevelopmenttheoryandtheshortdevelopmenttime,thecommercialbankshaveencounteredthedevelopmentbottleneckwhendevelopingtheintermediatebusiness.ThispapertakestheintermediatebusinessofLonggangBranchofShenzhenMunicipalConstructionBankastheresearchtheme,analyzestheproblemsexistinginthedevelopmentofitsintermediatebusiness,andputsforwardthecountermeasuresandsuggestionsfortheseproblems.ThemainproblemsexistinginthedevelopmentofintermediatebusinessofShenzhenConstructionBankLonggangSub-brancharethelowscaleofthebasiccustomerbase,theinsufficientinnovationability,thelackofintermediatebusinessprofessionals,andtheinsufficientriskcontrollevelofintermediatebusiness,etc.Therefore,thispaperputsforwardthecountermeasuresandsuggestionsforimprovingtheintermediatebusinessdevelopmentofShenzhenConstructionBankLonggangBranchfromtheaspectsofstrengtheningtheintermediatebusinesscustomerservice,strengtheningtheproductinnovation,strengtheningtheinternalmanagementsystem,andimprovingtheriskcontrolsystemoftheintermediatebusinessdevelopment.Keywords:Intermediatebusiness;productinnovation;riskcontrol目录摘要........................................................................................................................................IAbstract.......................................................
