论文题目:汽轮发电机年修项目风险识别与控制研究摘要本文首先对风险管理的系统理论进行了回顾,介绍了项目风险识别和应对、监视控制以及全寿命周期风险管理的相关理论。采用了全寿命周期风险管理的相关理论方法,将汽轮发电机年修项目分为计划阶段、准备阶段、检修阶段、结束阶段四个阶段。从四个阶段出发,根据各自不同的特点,分别采用了头脑风暴法、WBS分解、鱼刺图、现场检查表等风险识别方法进行项目风险的识别,并形成了年修项目的风险列表;同时对各阶段分别采用了风险审核检查法、现场检查法、网络图法等风险监视方法对风险进行监控。根据风险识别和分析的结果,制订了相应的风险应对计划,进行风险监控,采取了风险控制措施。特别是针对检修阶段,还制订了相应的应急预案,以确保将各类风险因素对年修项目的影响程度降到最低。最后以莱钢25MW汽轮发电机年修项目为例进行了具体研究。通过案例研究,找到了符合钢铁企业汽轮发电机年修项目实际的风险识别与控制相关理论方法,有助于现场工作人员检修和风险管理水平的提高,为今后此类项目的风险管理工作提供了借鉴。通过研究得出,将风险管理相关理论应用于汽轮发电机年修项目管理中,能有效管理实际项目的各类风险因素,减少风险因素对年修项目目标完成的影响,保证年修项目的顺利实施。关键词:风险管理生命周期风险识别风险控制年修项目AbstractThisstudyreviewssystematictheoriesofriskmanagementfirst,andintroducestherelatedtheoriesofprojectriskidentificationandresponse,monitoring,controlandtotallifecycleriskmanagementaswell.Basedonthetotallifecycleriskmanagementtheoriesandmethods,thisarticledividestheannualrepairprojectofturbine-generatorintofourstages:planningstage,preparationstage,repairingstageandfinishingstage.Thestudyproceedsaccordingtothedifferentcharacteristicoffourstagesforannualrepairprojectofdrydedusting.Toidentifytheprojectrisk,theauthoruseddifferentmethodsseparately,suchasBrainStorming,WBS,Fishbonechart,Scenechecktableandsoon,andformedtherisklist.Thendifferentmethods,includingRiskverificationchecktable,Scenechecktable,NetworkDiagramandsoon,wereusedtomonitortheriskineachstagerespectively.Basedontheresultofriskidentificationandanalysis,thestudyworkedoutriskresponseplanninginordertomonitorprojectrisk,andadoptregulatorymeasure.Accordingtotherepairingstagespecially,thestudyestablishedcorrespondingcontingencyplansinordertominimizetheeffectofallkindsofriskfactorsontheprojectofannualrepair.Intheend,thestudyconductedspecificresearchthroughthecaseofannualrepairprojectofturbine-generatorinLaiwuSteel.Bytheaidofcasestudy,theauthorhasfoundthecorrespondingriskidentificationandcontroltheoriesandmethodsthataresuitableforannualrepairprojectofturbine-generatorinsteelenterprises.Thiscanbeveryhelpfulinimprovementofriskmanagementlevelfortheoperationstaffonjobsite,andcanbeagoodreferenceforriskmanagementinsuchkindofsimilarproject.Italsocanbeobtainedfromthestudythattheapplicationofriskmanagementinannualrepairprojectofdrydedustingforblastfurnacecanmanageallkindsofriskfactorsinpracticalprojectseffectively,andreducetheinfluencedegreeofriskfactorstothegoalofannualrepairproject,inordertoensurethattheannualrepairprojectproceedsuccessfully.Keywords:Projectriskmanagement;Lifecycle;Riskidentification;Riskcontrol;Annualrepairproject目录摘要.....................................................................................................................................ⅠAbstract...............................................................................................................................Ⅱ目录.......................
