摘要本文基于电子商务在我国现实中配送模式的相关背景,对其中流通着的模式进行了深入探究。在本课题的研究中,使用的研究方法主要是文献分析法,并出于企业竞争能力提升的目的,将研究方向定位在物流配送的优化上。对于配送模式的最优选择上,首先是选取配送上的最优线路,使得线路长度不断缩小,尽可能地降低因运输而产生的费用,从而可以产生更高的经济效益,实现企业利润最大化的目标;其次是提供更好地配送服务,减少配送时间,提高消费者在购物体验上的舒适度,最终实现B2C电子商务在现实经济发展下对现代企业在战略布局上的要求。本课题以京东为研究对象,通过对其构建的物流配送模式开展研究工作,探究其优化后的模式所产生的经济效益。由于我国的电子商务体系逐渐成熟在市场上呈现了激烈地竞争局面,因此基于提升企业竞争力的目的,需要在模式优化运作上提出切实可行的对策,让物流配送业务与企业利益有机结合起来,并同时在服务水平上不断改进,以期实现运营成本降低及利润最大化的目标。关键词:京东;物流配送;优化运作AbstractBasedontherelevantbackgroundofe-commercedistributionmodeinChina,thispaperexploresthecirculationmodel.Intheresearchofthissubject,theresearchmethodusedismainlytheliteratureanalysismethod,andtheresearchdirectionisorientedtotheoptimizationoflogisticsdistributionforthepurposeofimprovingthecompetitivenessofenterprises.Fortheoptimalchoiceofthedistributionmode,thefirstchoiceistoselecttheoptimalrouteonthedistribution,sothatthelengthofthelineiscontinuouslyreduced,andthecostincurredbytransportationisreducedasmuchaspossible,sothathighereconomicbenefitscanbegeneratedandtheprofitoftheenterprisecanbemaximized.Thegoalistoprovidebetterdistributionservices,reducedeliverytime,improvethecomfortofconsumersintheshoppingexperience,andfinallyrealizethestrategiclayoutofB2Ce-commerceintherealeconomy.ThistopictakesJingdongastheresearchobject,andcarriesoutresearchworkonthelogisticsdistributionmodelconstructedbyit,andexplorestheeconomicbenefitsgeneratedbyitsoptimizedmodel.AsChina'se-commercesystemisgraduallymaturing,itpresentsafiercecompetitioninthemarket.Therefore,basedonthepurposeofimprovingthecompetitivenessofenterprises,itisnecessarytoputforwardpracticalandfeasiblecountermeasuresinthemodeoptimizationoperation,sothatthelogisticsdistributionbusinessandtheenterpriseinterestscanbeorganicallycombined.Atthesametime,wecontinuetoimproveattheservicelevel,inordertoachievethegoalofreducingoperatingcostsandmaximizingprofits.Keywords:Jingdong;Distribution;Optimizeoperation目录1引言...............................................................................................................................................41.1研究背景.............................................................................................................................41.2研究的意义.........................................................................................................................42物流配送概述..............................................................................................................................52.1物流配送定义.....................................................................................................................52.2物流配送模式.....................................................................................................................62.2.1第三方物流模式......................................................................................................72.2.2物流一体化..............................
