沈阳工学院毕业设计(论文)题目:盛京银行辽中支行信用卡业务发展问题与对策分析学院:经济与管理学院专业:金融学学号:1320040504学生姓名:赵新宇指导教师:苏晓寒二〇一七年四月摘要目前信用卡已经发展成非常流行的金融产品,在发达国家普及率非常高,信用卡业务高风险、高收益的“双高”特性在金融界众所周知。近年来,我国相继颁布了各项刺激内需及促进消费信贷的相关政策,为信用卡推广提供了很好的机会,中国经济总体趋势实现了稳增长,全面深化改革,产业结构调整,以及众多企业转型发展,大家都在危机中展现活力、挖掘机遇,实现“软着陆”。随着互联网金融的快速崛起以及利率市场化的深入,对于银行信用卡业务而言也是考验重重。业务难以开展,客户流失以及不良资产率的攀升,是多数银行在过去一年中存在的普遍问题。传统商业银行的信用卡业务,最初追求客户规模效应,优劣客户同时吸收,带来众多负面效应。面对巨大的挑战和可贵的历史机遇,我们只能积极应对。本文以盛京银行辽中支行信用卡业务发展问题与对策为主题,通过文献研究法和调查研究法两种方法制定调查问卷,结合国内信用卡发展的环境和现状,对盛京银行辽中分行进行实地调研,详细分析了受访者信用卡业务等方面的调查结果,了解到当今盛京银行信用卡的现状,剖析了发展问题。指出了盛京银行辽中分行发展中仍然不足的地方和客户的意见,针对这些制约因素,在借鉴发达国内外先进经验的基础上,结合辽中分行的实际情况,提出了辽中分行信用卡的发展策略,希望能对盛京银行辽中分行的发展提供现实依据,同时也对其它银行信用卡业务发展给出参考。关键词:辽中;信用卡业务;盛京银行AbstractCreditcardhasdevelopedintoaverypopularfinancialproductsinthedevelopedcountries,thepenetrationrateisveryhigh,Inrecentyears,Chinahasissuedaseriesofpoliciestostimulatedomesticdemandandpromoteconsumercredit,creditcardpromotionprovidesagoodopportunity,WiththerapidriseofInternetbanking,aswellasthedepthofinterestratemarket,thebankcreditcardbusinessisalsoatest.Businessisdifficulttocarryout,thelossofcustomers,aswellastherisingrateofnon-performingassets,themajorityofbanksinthepastyearthereisacommonproblem.Facedwithenormouschallengesandvaluablehistoricalopportunities,wecanonlyactivelyrespondto.Inthispaper,ShengjingBankLiaozhongBranchofthecreditcardbusinessdevelopmentproblemsandCountermeasuresforthetheme,combinedwiththedevelopmentofthedomesticcreditcardoftheenvironmentandthestatusquo,on-the-spotinvestigationoftheShengjingBankbranchofliaozhong,PointedoutthattheShengjingBankbranchdevelopmentinLiaozhongisstillinsufficientplaceandtheviewsofcustomers,accordingtothesefactors,combinedwiththeactualsituationofLiaozhongBranch,putforwardthedevelopmentstrategyofLiaozhongBranchofcreditcard,butalsoontheotherbankcreditcardbusinessdevelopmentprovidesreference.Keywords:LiaoZhongarea,Creditcardbusiness,ProblemsandCountermeasures目录摘要........................................................................................................................................IAbstract.....................................................................................................................................II目录......................................................................................................................................III绪论..........................................................................................................................................71信用卡业务概述.....................................................................................................................81.1信用卡的概念...................................
