探讨篮球运动如何培养大学生团队精神摘要：我们都知道对于篮球运动来说，它不仅考验球员的身体素质，还考验球员的篮球基本功以及和队友之间的配合，和教练的战术安排也有一定的关系。但其中最重要的就是篮球的团队精神，因为篮球是5个人的运动，而不是一个人的运动，所以说，5个人必须要团结一心，互相做好配合，只有这样才能取得更好的成绩，才能战胜对手。在这种情况下对当代大学生进行篮球团队精神方面的培养非常有必要。而实施这一方案的最好的手段就是进行篮球教学，篮球教学是一种非常好的培养篮球团队精神的方法。所以考虑在篮球教学中培养大学生团队篮球精神的教学方法非常有意义。本文通过运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法以及访谈法等方法进一步探讨了在篮球运动中如何培养大学生的团队精神，结合河南理工大学、郑州大学、河南大学、河南师范大学、焦作大学、洛阳师范学院、河南工程学院七所大学在篮球运动中大学生团队精神的培养现状，发现大学生在篮球运动中团队精神的培养存在这样几个问题：篮球教学的团队精神亟待强化；篮球教练的体育教学理念存在一定的偏差；大学生自身的素质有待提高；结合相关的理论基础，笔者提出了相应的对策建议：在篮球理论课中渗透团队意识；提高大学生的素质水平；用合作教学法培养团队精神；运用比赛法来培养大学生的团队精神；用归属感培养大学生的团队精神。关键词：篮球运动；大学生；团队精神DiscussiononhowtocultivatetheteamSpiritofCollegestudentsinBasketballAbstract：Itiswellknownthatthebasketballnotonlyneedstheheightoftheplayer,thebasicskillofthebasketball,thecooperativeconsciousness,thetechnicalandtacticalarrangementofthecoach,butalsoneedsateamspiritofunityandmutualtrustastheimportantsupport.Becausethebasketballisacollectivesportsproject,onlytheplayersareinoneplace,andtheplayerswillformaharmoniousandunitedpsychologicalmagneticfieldwithastrongsenseofself-confidenceandself-confidence.Inaddition,itiswell-connected,smoothandstable,andcanevenprevailoveritspowerfulrival.Itisnecessarytostrengthentheresearchofcollegestudents'basketballteamspirit,andbasketballteachingLearningisthemainchannelforthepositiveeducationoffacilitiesandtheinfiltrationofbasketballteamspirit.Therefore,itisofpracticalsignificancetoconsiderhowtocultivatethebasketballteamspiritofcollegestudentsinbasketballteaching.Byusingthemethodsofliterature,logicalanalysisandinterview,thispaperfurtherdiscusseshowtocultivatetheteamspiritofcollegestudentsinbasketball,combiningwithHenanUniversityofScienceandTechnology,ZhengzhouUniversity,HenannormalUniversity,andsoon.JiaozuoUniversity,LuoyangnormalCollege,HenanUniversityofEngineering,sevenuniversitiesinbasketballinthetrainingoftheteamspiritofthestatusquo,Itisfoundthatthereareseveralproblemsinthecultivationofcollegestudents'teamspiritinbasketball:theteamspiritofbasketballteachingneedstobestrengthened;Thereisacertaindeviationinbasketballcoach'sconceptofphysicaleducation;thequalityofcollegestudentsneedstobeimproved;combinedwiththerelevanttheoreticalbasisTheauthorputsforwardthecorrespondingcountermeasuresandsuggestions:permeatingtheteamconsciousnessinbasketballtheoryclass;improvingthequalitylevelofcollegestudents;cultivatingtheteamspiritwithcooperativeteachingmethod;usingthecompetitionmethodtocultivatetheteamspiritofcollegestudents;Cultivatetheteamspiritofcollegestudentswithasenseofbelonging.Keywords：Basketball;collegestudents;teamspirit目录摘要..............................................................IIAbstract..........................................................III1.绪论...........................................................
