四工位钻床传动系统设计摘要先进制造业的发展与社会科技的进步使机床加工渐渐成为机械加工当中最主流的技术之一。机床加工技术的广泛运用在某种程度上已经极大提高了机械加工过程的工作效率与工作精度。其中,提高工作效率与工作精度方面表现最优秀的就是多工位钻床。因此,本文对多工位钻床在机床加工过程中的动力系统与传运系统进行了设计与实证,在该设计当中尽可能综合传统车床设计与现代车床设计的相对应有点,以切削力为入手点,进一步再确定主轴、电机、传输与动力系统等。本文完成数控多工位钻床的资料收集与国、内外现状的调查比较,提出较为可行的方案;初步完成传输与动力系统的相对设计。在该设计中将传统钻床改造成多工位加工钻床。传统钻床机床存在的形式为单轴,且工件安装后需要进行反复调整,工件上有相互位置要求的各表面间的位置精度就会受到很多因素的影响,通过设计改造成多工位加工钻床,自此可以实现快速主轴、高回旋精度、移动工作台等等功能,因此在某种程度上可以极大地提高工作效率。故本文从多工位加工钻床的快速主轴、高回旋精度、移动工作台等方面来入手改造传统钻床,以符合现代机械加工的要求。关键词:工作效率;加工精度;多工位加工AbstractWiththedevelopmentofadvancedmanufacturingindustryandtheprogressofsocialscienceandtechnology,machinetoolprocessinghasgraduallybecomeoneofthemostmainstreamtechnologiesinmechanicalprocessing.Thewideapplicationofmachinetoolprocessingtechnologyhasgreatlyimprovedtheefficiencyandaccuracyofthemachiningprocesstoacertainextent.Amongthem,themulti-stationdrillingmachinehasthebestperformanceinimprovingworkefficiencyandaccuracy.Therefore,thispaperdesignsanddemonstratesthepowersystemandtransmissionsystemofmulti-stationdrillingmachineintheprocessofmachinetoolprocessing.Inthisdesign,therelativepointsoftraditionallathedesignandmodernlathedesignaresynthesizedasfaraspossible,andthespindle,motor,transmissionandpowersystemarefurtherdeterminedwithcuttingforceasthestartingpoint.ThispapercompletesthedatacollectionofCNCmulti-stationdrillingmachineandcomparesitwiththecurrentsituationathomeandabroad,putsforwardamorefeasiblescheme,andpreliminarilycompletestherelativedesignoftransmissionandpowersystem.Inthisdesign,thetraditionaldrillingmachineistransformedintoamulti-stationprocessingdrillingmachine.Traditionaldrillingmachinetoolsexistintheformofsingleaxis,andtheworkpieceneedstobeadjustedrepeatedlyafterinstallation.Thepositionaccuracybetweenthesurfaceswithmutualpositionrequirementsontheworkpiecewillbeaffectedbymanyfactors.Bydesigningandtransformingintoamulti-stationdrillingmachine,thefunctionsoffastspindle,highgyrationaccuracy,mobileworktableandsooncanberealized,whichcanbegreatlyimprovedtoacertainextent.Highefficiency.Therefore,thisarticlefromthemulti-stationprocessingdrillingmachine'sfastspindle,highrotaryaccuracy,mobileworktableandotheraspectstostarttotransformthetraditionaldrillingmachine,inordertomeettherequirementsofmodernmechanicalprocessing.Keywords:Workefficiency;Precision;Multi-stationprocessing目录摘要................................................................................................................................................IAbstract..........................................................................................................................................II第1章绪论...................................................................................................................................11.1课题背景..............................................................................
