实习护生心理健康状况及影响因素摘要目的:了解实习护生心理健康状况及影响因素,并通过调查结果为实习护生的心理健康教育提供一些建议。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,使用症状自评量表SCL-90及大学毕业生应激性事件量表(CSSS),对130名实习护生进行了心理健康情况及其影响因素的调查。结果:实习护生SCL-90得分除了人际关系、敌对、恐怖低于青年组常模外,其余因子均高于青年组常模。躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑等因子与青年组常模差异不显著;偏执、精神病性等因子与青年组常模差异显著,都具有一定的统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。学习压力、求职压力、人际关系压力、日常生活困扰、重要生活事件等是实习护生心理健康状况的主要影响因素。结论:强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁是实习护生主要的心理问题,影响实习护生心理健康状况的因素较多,社会各界、学校和家庭都应加以引导和改善。关键词实习护生;心理健康;影响因素NursingStudents'MentalHealthStatusandInfluencingFactorsABSTRACTObjective:Tounderstandthementalhealthstatusandinfluencingfactorsofinternnursestudents,andtoprovidesomesuggestionsforfuturementalhealtheducationforinternnursestudentsinordertoguideclinicalnursing.Methods:Questionnaireswereusedtoinvestigatethepsychologicalhealthstatusandinfluencingfactorsof130internnursesusingtheSymptomChecklistSCL-90andtheCollegeGraduatesStressfulEventsScale(CSSS).Results:ThescoresofstudentsbornwithSCL-90scorewerelowerthanthoseoftheyouthgroupnorm,buttheotherfactorswerehigherthanthoseoftheyounggroup.Thefactorsofobsessive-compulsivesymptoms,depression,andanxietywerenotsignificantlydifferentfromthoseoftheyouthgroup.Factorssuchasparanoia,psychoticism,andthenormativelearningpressureoftheyouthgroup,jobsearchpressure,interpersonalstress,dailylifeproblems,andimportantlifeeventsarethemaininfluencingfactorsformentalhealthofnursingstudents.Conclusionss:Obsessive-compulsivesymptoms,interpersonalrelationship,anddepressionarethemainpsychologicalproblemsofnursingstudents.Therearemanyreasonsthatinfluencethementalhealthstatusofnursingstudents.Allsocialcircles,schoolsandfamiliesshouldbeguidedandimproved.KEYWORDSnursingstudents;mentalhealth;influencingfactors目录中文摘要···················································································I英文摘要··················································································II前言························································································51对象与方法·············································································51.1研究对象·········································································51.2研究方法·········································································51.3研究工具·········································································51.3.1一般资料······································································...
