摘要沈阳中顺盛宝4S店项目规划与实施研究项目管理理论产生到现在,己经发展了50多年。并已经在国内外的相关领域取得了广泛的关注和实际的运用,成果显著。随着汽车产业的全球化,我国的汽车消费市场增长迅速,其中轿车的增长速度最为明显。为了争取市场的份额,各品牌汽车的生产企业通过在全国建立4S经销店来抢占市场。而4S店由于其规范性、标准化的工作流程也是消费者最为乐意接受的汽车销售模式。汽车4S店作为一个项目的开发群体,具有项目周期长、各参与方众多、项目结构复杂等特点,这些为4S店的项目管理者提出了新的要求。要采取怎样的项目开发模式、管理模式才能够制定有效的计划目标,才能在项目的实施过程中为组织增加产值。本文通过对项目管理的理论研究,对相关文献和论文的阅读,同时在中顺盛宝建设项目地实地调查后,对整个项目从思路规划到项目的实施阶段进行了细致的分析。提出了以项目管理为核心的内容,并形成决策层、控制层和实施层等三方面的组织结构来进行项目管理。对组织中各个层面管理层的工作职责进行了详尽的分析。本文以工程建设中的项目管理学为依据,并结合4S店独特的性质和特点。对汽车项目管理中的标准化管理、信息文档管理、规章制度管理进行了理论结合实际的应用研究。关键词:项目管理,汽车4S店项目,项目过程控制AbstractResearchtheProjectplanningandImplementationfor4sDealerofShenyangZhongshunshengbaoProjectmanagementtheorytothepresent,hasdevelopedmorethan50years.Andhavebeeninrelatedfieldshasobtainedthewidespreadattentionathomeandabroadandtheactualuse,remarkableachievements.Sincethe21stcentury,China'sautomarketisgrowingfast,includingcarmarketgrowthismostobvious.Inordertofightformarketshare,thelargeproductionenterprisestospeeduptheconstructionofmarketingnetwork,car45storesbecauseofitsnormative,exclusivecharacteristics,consumersandbusinessestoacceptdegreeisthehighestformofautomobilemarketing.Autoshopasaprojectgroup,45withprojectregionalstrongdispersion,totaldevelopmentcycleislong,theprojectparticipantsarenumerousandothercharacteristics,itputsforwardnewrequirementstotheprojectmanager:takewhatkindofmanagementmodel,tomaketheprojectplangoalachieved,canintheprocessoftheimplementationoftheprojectfortheorganization.Thisarticlethroughtothestudyofthetheoryoftheprojectmanagement,therelatedliteratureandreadingthepaper,atthesametimeintheparamagneticsaxoconstructionprojectpracticeandinvestigation,themanagementofauto4sshopprojectorganizationstructureareanalyzed,andpresentedintheformofprojectmanagementasthecore,includingpolicymakers,controllayerandimplementationlayerthreelayerstructureoftheprojectorganizationstructure.Theorganizationfunctionsandresponsibilitiesofeachleveltoparticipateintheunitaredefined.Inthispaper,theengineeringprojectconstructionprocessmanagementandcontroltheory,knowledgeandmethods,combinedwiththecharacteristicsandneedsoftheauto4sshopproject,theauto4sshopprojectdevelopmentprocessmanagementmodel,thestandardizedmanagementsystem,documentmanagementandinformationsystemoftheapplicationresearchoftheorycombiningwithpractice.Keywords:Project,Auto4SShopProject,ManagementProcessControl目录第1章绪论........................................................................................................11.1研究的背景............................................................................................11.2研究的目的和意义................................................................................11.3研究的内容和方法................................................................................21.3.1研究的主要内容.........................
