全自动洗衣机的传动模块和PLC控制系统摘要:洗衣机是目前每个家庭必备的生活家电,经济水平的提高与自动化控制技术发展全自动洗衣机逐步走进了每家每户。全自动洗衣机的传动模块是是洗衣机工作环节中一个非常重要电力能源转换枢纽,起着将电能转化为机械能关键作用。随着国家建设小康社会目标的深入推进,全自动洗衣机在我国家庭中逐渐代替了传统老一代的洗衣机。并且人们对全自动洗衣机的功能与洗衣质量要求也越来越高。全自动洗衣机的控制系统设计是衡量一个品牌的一个重点技术。因此研究设计全自动洗衣机的传动模块和PLC控制系统具有工程实践意义。本次论文是针对全自动洗衣机的传动模块和PLC控制系统进行研究,主要设计部分为PLC控制系统部分。考虑了全自动洗衣机的实际工作情况,分析全自动洗衣机传动模块工作原理,综合传感器和PLC的特点,设计了一种全自动洗衣机传动模块和PLC控制系统。本文完成对系统的硬件设计,程序编写。本次选取的PLC为西门子公司S7-200,并进行梯形图程序的编写。能够实现对全自动洗衣机运行控制,验证了本次设计的可行性和有效性。关键词:全自动洗衣机自动控制;传动模块;PLC;TransmissionmoduleandPLCcontrolsystemofautomaticwashingmachineABSTRACT:Washingmachineisanecessaryhouseholdapplianceforeveryfamily.Thedevelopmentofeconomiclevelandautomaticcontroltechnologyhasenteredintoeveryhousehold.Thetransmissionmoduleoftheautomaticwashingmachineisaveryimportantpowerconversionhubintheworkingprocessofwashingmachines,playingakeyroleinconvertingelectricalenergyintomechanicalenergy.Withthedevelopmentofthegoalofbuildingawell-offsociety,theautomaticwashingmachinehasgraduallyreplacedthetraditionaloldwashingmachineinourfamily.Inthesameway,peoplehavemoreandmoreexpectationsforthefunctionoftheautomaticwashingmachineandthequalityofthelaundry.Thedesignofthecontrolsystemofafullyautomaticwashingmachineisakeytechniqueformeasuringabrand.Therefore,itisofpracticalsignificancetostudyanddesignthetransmissionmoduleandPLCcontrolsystemofthefullyautomaticwashingmachine.ThispaperisaimedattheresearchofthetransmissionmoduleandthePLCcontrolsystemofthefullyautomaticwashingmachine,andthemainpartisthepartofthePLCcontrolsystem.Consideringtheactualworkingsituationoftheautomaticwashingmachine,theworkingprincipleofthetransmissionmoduleoftheautomaticwasherisanalyzed,andthecharacteristicsofsensorsandPLCareanalyzed.AfullyautomaticwashingmachinetransmissionmoduleandPLCcontrolsystemaredesigned.Thispapercompletesthehardwaredesignofthesystemandtheprogram.TheuseofPLCfortheSIEMENScompanyS7-200,andtheprogrammingoftheladderdiagramprogram.Itcanrealizetheoperationcontroloftheautomaticwashingmachine,andverifythefeasibilityandeffectivenessofthisdesign.Keywords:automaticwashingmachine,transmissionmodule,PLC目录第1章绪论.............................................................................................................................11.1本设计的意义与背景.................................................................................................11.2本设计的研究方法和研究进展.................................................................................11.3本设计的主要内容.....................................................................................................2第2章全自动离合减速器传动方案设计.............................................................................32.1减速器系统方案.........................................................................................................32.2行星齿轮传动的传动比和效率计算...............................
