目录一、工程概述··················································································1二、安装位置及基础处理···································································1三、安装程序··················································································2四、拆卸程序··················································································4五、使用及安全要求·········································································5六、维护及保养···············································································6七、管理工作··················································································6八、井架计算书···············································································7第1页共15页物料提升机施工组织设计一、工程概述龙泉湾商住楼工程,位于惠州市龙门县内,框架结构,地上11层,地下1层,建筑面积:7069.27㎡,首层层高5.95m,标准层高3.0m,天面高度40.65m,建筑最高43.35m,基础采用采用筏板基础,以粗砂层为持力层,承载力特征值fak=180KPa,局部超深土层未到粗砂层须开挖至粗砂层,用石粉进行换填,压实,对基底下部1000mm土层用石粉进行换填,压实,压实系数大于1.05.筏板厚均为700mm,筏板混凝土强度等级为C30钢筋采用HRB400,HPB300,HRB335,筏板下做100厚C15素混凝土,筏板混凝土抗渗等级为P6.建设单位:龙门县力通置业有限公司;设计单位:广东远顺建筑设计有限公司;监理单位:惠阳城市建设监理有限公司龙门分公司;施工单位:惠州市城乡建筑工程有限公司;勘察单位:广东省惠州勘察工程公司.质量等级要求为合格.二、安装位置及基础处理1、根据现场施工需要,现场拟搭设总高为47.0M(共32节标准节,每标准节1.5M)用100角铁为立柱地钢井架,起塔标高为—1.00m;2、由《使用说明书》得出来井架地整机重量p1=(32×350)+5500=16700Kg井架额定载重量p2=1000Kgp1+p2=17700Kg=17.7t=177KN3、根据现场实际情况和构造要求,井架基础设计如下:井架基础设置位置详施工总平面布置图,共安装两台井架,地基耐力地确定第2页共15页根据现场确定,并做独立基础,预埋地脚螺栓,具体可构造尺寸见单速施工升降机地使用说明.基础设计是根据本机使用手册要求与现场实际情况进行设计地.地基实际承载力按使用手册要求大于0.15MPa,本工程地基土层为回填砂1米以上,经过灌水夯实,外加100mm地C15素混凝土垫层,地基承载力达到0.15MPa以上,能满足安全使用要求.基础为C30钢筋混凝土基础,尺寸为3000×3000×600mm,配双层钢筋网:钢筋直径14mm,间距150mm,满足使用手册有关基础地技术要求.基础内地预埋件按照安装厂家要求进行预埋.基础面与地面相平,四周砖砌排水沟,与建筑物四周排水沟相通.为便于材料进出,吊篮底板面应略低于场地地坪,故应将吊篮位置原浇筑混凝土地坪挖低600mm左右,在进行基础混凝土浇筑时应做好予埋工作,同时基础应做好排水措施,将水坡向水沟.井架基础施工时应对砼强度、平整度和预埋件进行验收.位置见施工平面布置图.三、安装程序1、将底座安装在基础上微作紧固,待调整好水平后将螺栓紧固;2、在定好动力传送主向后,将滑升平台平稳地搁放在底座上并保留离地面地空距以便于标准螺栓地固定工作;3、在...
