摘要汽车产业的发展改变了人类的生活方式，提高了人民的生活水平。但传统的汽车多数是以燃油作为能源，在目前能源短缺和环境污染的情况下，对新能源汽车的呼声越来越高，随着电动机、汽车用电池技术的不断发展与突破，新能源汽车产业得到了初步发展，也成为了我国乃至世界各国节能减排、优化汽车行业发展的必选之路。开发新能源汽车已经成为全球的共识，新能源汽车产业在各国政府的大力支持下正在得到蓬勃发展。本论文通过资料的收集整理，分析国内外新能源汽车的发展现状，以及我国新能源汽车发展的存在的问题，提出新能源汽车发展对策，为新能源汽车的发展提供参考依据。通过新能源汽车发展现状的分析，可以看出国内新能源汽车产业发展迅猛，但是这一新兴产业仍然面临着核心技术短缺、配套体系不完善等问题，整个行业尚未形成相对成熟、竞争有序的市场格局。针对我国新能源汽车发展存在的问题，本文给出了相应的解决方案。提出我国新能源车的发展规划，从而为我国新能源汽车产业的加速发展起到指导作用。关键词：汽车；新能源；资源与环境AbstractThedevelopmentoftheautomobileindustryhaschangedthewayofhumanlifeandraisedthepeople'slivingstandard.Butthetraditionalcarmostlyfuelasenergy,inthecurrentenergyshortageandenvironmentalpollutioninthecaseofnewenergyvehicles,thevoiceisgettinghigherandhigher,withthemotor,automotivebatterytechnologycontinuestodevelopandbreak,thenewenergyvehiclesIndustryhasbeentheinitialdevelopment,hasbecomeChina,andeventheworld'senergy-savingemissionreduction,optimizethedevelopmentoftheautomotiveindustrywillchoosetheroad.Thedevelopmentofnewenergyvehicleshasbecomeaglobalconsensus,thenewenergyautomotiveindustryinthestrongsupportofgovernmentsarebeingbooming.Thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationofthedevelopmentofnewenergyvehiclesathomeandabroad,aswellastheexistingproblemsofthedevelopmentofnewenergyvehiclesinChina,putsforwardthecountermeasuresforthedevelopmentofnewenergyvehicles,andprovidesthereferenceforthedevelopmentofnewenergyvehicles.Throughtheanalysisofthestatusquoofthedevelopmentofnewenergyvehicles,wecanseethatthedevelopmentofnewenergyautomotiveindustryisrapid,butthisemergingindustryisstillfacingthecoretechnologyshortage,supportingsystemisnotperfectandsoon,thewholeindustryhasnotyetformedarelativelymature,Marketstructure.AimingattheproblemsexistinginthedevelopmentofnewenergyvehiclesinChina,thispapergivesthecorrespondingsolutions.ProposedthedevelopmentofnewenergyvehiclesinChinaplanning,soastoacceleratethedevelopmentofChina'snewenergyautomotiveindustryplayaguidingrole.Keywords:car，newenergyvehicles，resourcesandenvironment目录1绪论........................................................................................................................................................................21.1研究背景.....................................................................................................................................................21.2新能源汽车发展的必要性..........................................................................................................................21.3本文研究内容及意义..................................................................................................................................42新能源汽车技术发展现状.....................................................................................................................................52.1新能源汽车分类及性能分析............................................................................................................
