无形资产质押融资在我国科技型中小企业中的应用研究Intangibleassetsfinancinginourcountrysmallandmedium-sizedenterpriseapplicationresearch内容摘要自改革开放以来，我国经济得到了飞速地发展，各类型企业与日俱增，其中以科技型中小企业最为典型。科技型中小企业是我国科技行业重要的生力军，对我国社会进步以及经济发展起到了非常重要的作用，在创造财富、推动科技发展以及提供就业等方面扮演了重要的角色。近些年来的研究表明，科技型中小企业无论是在数量上还是在质量上，都已经成为国民经济的重要组成部分，是国家经济发展新的重要的增长点。但是我国科技型中小企业面临着融资难的问题，严重阻碍了科技型中小企业的发展。科技型中小企业贷款融资难已经成为当前备受关注的世界性难题，各国政府都意识到无形资产质押融资是解决拥有无形资产的科技型中小企业融资难的有效方式。而无形资产质押融资的出现无疑是解决了不少科技型中小企业的资金问题。由此可见，结合我国科技型中小企业发展的特点和资本市场的现状，建立科技型中小企业技术无形资产质押融资，对促进我国经济持续、稳定发展具有非常重大的意义。综上所述，研究我国科技型中小企业无形资产质押融资，对解决我国科技型中小企业融资难的问题具有重要意义，也可以为其它中小企业提供借鉴以及参考。通过本文研究发现，自金融危机以来，我国大力推广无形资产质押融资。但是在科技型中小企业推行无形资产质押融资还存在着不少的问题，科技型中小企业无形资产质押融资主要存在以下问题：无形资产的意识淡薄，没有注重无形资产的建设；缺乏完善的无形资产评估体系；无形资产转让市场不大，交易信息比较封闭。笔者针对以上问题提出解决我国科技型中小企业无形资产质押融资问题的途径，主要为加强中小企业无形资产建设、建立有效的无形资产评估体系以及建立有效的无形资产交易市场。关键词：无形资产质押融资科技型中小企业AbstractSincethereformandopeningup,China'seconomyhasmaderapiddevelopment,varioustypesofenterprisesgrowwitheachpassingday,thehigh-techSMEsarethemosttypical.High-techSMEsarethemainforceofChina'stechnologyindustry,averyimportantroleinChina'ssocialprogressandeconomicdevelopment,playanimportantroleincreatingwealth,promotethedevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyaswellastheofferofemployment.Recentstudiesshowthat,smallandmedium-sizedscienceandtechnologybothinquantityandquality,havebecomeanimportantpartofthenationaleconomy,thecountry'seconomicdevelopmentisanimportantnewgrowthpoint.ButChina'shigh-techSMEsfacethefinancingproblem,hasseriouslyhinderedthedevelopmentoftechnology-basedsmes.Scienceandtechnologysmallandmedium-sizedenterpriseloanfinancinghasbecomeaworldproblemconcerned,governmentsareawareofintangibleassetsfinancingistheeffectivewaytosolvethefinancingdifficultiesofscienceandtechnologyhastheintangibleassetsofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises.Whiletheintangibleassetsfinancingisundoubtedlytheemergenceoffundstosolvethemanyproblemsoftechnology-basedsmes.Therefore,combinedwiththestatusofthecharacteristicsofthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyofChina'ssmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesandthecapitalmarket,establishtheSMEtechnologyintangibleassetsfinancing,itisofgreatsignificancetopromoteChina'ssustained,stabledevelopment.Insummary,researchontheintangibleassetsofChineseSMEsfinancing,andhasimportantsignificancetosolvethefinancingofSMEinChina,alsocanprovideexperienceandreferenceforothersmallandmedium-sizedenterprises.Throughthisstudyfoundthat,sincethefinancialcrisis,Chinavigorouslypromoteintangibleassetsfinancingpledge.Butintheimplementationofintangibleassetsfinancingpledgealsoexistmanyproblemsoftechnology-basedSMEs,intangibleassetsoftechnology-basedSMEsfinanci...
