媒体报道对企业价值的影响探讨摘要:随着社会经济的不断发展,影响企业发展的因素越来越多,也越来越受到人们的重视,媒体报道作为最直接、最便捷的影响企业的方式,其作用机制越来越受到学者们的关注。文雄认为对于企业在参与社会责任活动方面的影响因素和产生的经济后果方面的研究较多,但关于媒体在报道中产生的作用研究较少。郑志刚、丁冬等学者认为媒体的负面报道会在社会中产生更大的反响,进而对经理人的行为产生相应的约束效果。郑志刚认为短期内,通过媒体报道这种法律制度外的方式可以实现对投资者权利的保护,从而促进企业管理方面的改善。姚溢龙等认为作为重要的外部治理机制,媒体是发达的市场经济不可缺少的组成部分,对企业绩效有着重要的影响,加速了市场的"优胜劣汰"的作用。罗宏、张伟倩等认为作为媒体的报道,尤其是负面报道在我国是一项有效的外部监管机制,通过影响企业高管的薪酬而影响到企业的价值。孟陈栋肯定了媒体报道作为法律外的监督机制对企业价值的作用,但媒体的失实报道并没有使其充分的发挥作用。刘思涓从媒体治理与公司治理的角度对媒体和企业的关系进行相关研究,提出不同的媒体管理方式对企业价值的不同的影响效果。总体看来,有很多学者认识到了媒体报道对企业的影响,但都很少从企业价值和媒体报道之间的关系进行研究。关键词:媒体报道企业影响探讨ITheinfluenceofthemediacoverageoftheenterprisevalueAbstract:Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofsocialeconomy,thefactorsaffectingthedevelopmentofenterprisesmoreandmore,alsomoreandmoregetpeople'sattention,theinfluenceofthemediaasthemostdirect,themostconvenientthewayoftheenterprise,itsactionmechanism,moreandmoregettheattentionofscholars.Fumiothinkabouttheinfluencefactorsofenterpriseintheaspectofsocialresponsibilityactivitiesandeconomicconsequencesresearchmore,butlessresearchontheroleofmediainreporting.Mr.Chenganddingding,scholarsbelievethatthemedia'snegativereportscanproducegreaterresponseinsociety,andhavethecorrespondingrestrainteffectonmanagers'behavior.Mr.Chengthinkintheshortterm,throughthemediareportthiswayoutsidethelegalsystemcanbeimplementedtoprotecttherightsofinvestors,soastopromotetheimprovementoftheenterprisemanagement.Yaooverflowdragonthoughtasanimportantexternalgovernancemechanism,suchasmediaisdevelopedanintegralpartofmarketeconomy,hasanimportantinfluenceonenterpriseperformance,speedupthe"fittest"ofthemarket.LuoHong,Julyzhangthinkasmediareports,especiallythenegativereportsareaneffectiveexternalsupervisionmechanisminourcountry,byinfluencingtheenterpriseexecutivecompensationandaffecttheenterprise'svalue.MengChendongaffirmedthemediaastheoutsideofthelegalsupervisionmechanismoftheroleofenterprisevalue,butthemedia'sinaccuratereportsdidnotmakeitfullyplayarole.LiuSijuanfromtheperspectiveofmediagovernanceandcorporategovernancerelatedstudiesontherelationshipbetweenthemediaandenterprises,andputsforwarddifferentwaysofmediamanagementtotheenterprisevalueofdifferenteffects.Overall,therearealotofscholarshaverealizedthemedia'sinfluenceonenterprises,butverylittlefromtheenterprisevalueandtherelationshipbetweenthemediareportswerestudied.Keywords:mediaenterprisesinfluenceII目次摘要:...............................................................................................................................................I目次............................................................................................................................................III1.绪论.........................................................................................................................................
