毕业论文圆锥破碎机设计Designofconecrusher姓名:学号:专业:机械设计制造及自动化学院:机械与动力工程学院指导老师:摘要随着社会的进步,经济迅速发展,工业等其它行业所需的原材料不断增加,需要破碎的原材料的量也日益增加。破碎后的绝大多数的原矿还不能成为工业所需的炉料,破碎后的矿石还需要经过选矿处理后方能成为炉料。作为选矿龙头的破磨作业,其是能量、钢材等原材料消耗最多的大户。因此,节能、降耗成为破磨设备研究需要达成的最终目的,“多碎少磨”更是节能、降耗的研磨设备重要检测指标,其关键问题是降低破碎产品的最终粒度。作为研磨设备中的一种破碎机械,圆锥破碎机不仅生产效率高,而且能生产粒度小而均匀的物料,可以能实现矿岩从350mm破碎到10mm以下的不同级别颗粒的生产,从而满足入磨粒度的需要,因此圆锥破碎机成为金属矿山选矿厂的主要破碎设备。本文先分析了圆锥破碎机的工作原理,继而对圆锥破碎机进行整体的设计与计算。结合圆锥破碎机的功能和类型,计算了生产效率和动锥摆动次数,通过破碎机的安装效率来确定电动机类型,进而确定传动比和传动部分设计与计算。对带轮和键进行挤压应力校核,对齿轮、轴承和轴进行受力分析和弯曲强度校核,对弹簧进行工作载荷校核,利用计算机软件绘制圆锥破碎机。圆锥破碎机的下动锥体与偏心套接触的地方设计成了滚子接触,减少了摩擦力,增加机器的使用寿命;通过对偏心套筒的最厚边和最薄边的差值来调节破碎后物料的大小;电动机和主轴之间通过皮带传动,缓和了载荷冲击等。参考大量的文献,经历过大量的计算,最终设计出圆锥破碎机。设计的方式主要是根据已知条件对零件初步选择,然后进行受力分析和校核确定零件基本尺寸。关键字:圆锥破碎机;破碎;矿石;粒度;强度校核;计算AbstractWiththeprogressofthesociety,theeconomyisdevelopingrapidly,therawmaterialsneededbyindustryandotherindustriesareincreasing,andtheamountofrawmaterialsneedtobebroken.Afterthecrushingofthevastmajorityoftheorehasnotbeenabletobecomethefurnacecharge,aftercrushingoforealsoneedafterdressingtreatmentbeforeitcanbecomethefurnacecharge.Asthegrindingheadofthegrindingoperation,whichisenergy,steelandotherrawmaterialsconsumptionofthelargest.Therefore,savingenergyandreducingconsumption,acrushingandgrindingequipmentresearchneedtoreachtheultimategoal,"morecrushingandlessgrinding"isenergy-savingandconsumptionofgrindingequipmentanimportantindicator,thekeyproblemisreducingthecrushedproductonthefinalgrainsize.Asgrindingequipmentofacrusher,conecrushernotonlyproductionefficiencyishigh,andthematerialparticlesizeissmallanduniform,canachievetherocksandmineralsfrom350mmbrokenbelow10mmdifferentlevelsofparticles,soastomeetneedsofthemillfeedsize.Soconecrusherhasbecomethemaincrushingequipmentofmetalmineconcentrator.Firstly,Thispaperanalysestheworkingprincipleoftheconecrusher,andthenthedesignandcalculationoftheconecrusher.Accordingtothefunctionandtypeoftheconecrusher,calculatedtheproductionefficiencyandthenumberofdynamicconeswing,andthemotortypewasdeterminedbytheinstallationefficiencyofthecrusher,andthedesignandcalculationofthetransmissionratioandtransmissionpartsweredetermined.Checkthestressofthebeltwheelandkey,stressanalysisandbendingstrengthcheckofgear,bearingandshaft,checktheworkingloadofthespring,usingcomputersoftwaretodrawconecrusher.Thecontactofthelowerdynamicconeandtheeccentricsleeveoftheconecrusherdesignedtherollercontact,reducesthefrictionforce,andincreasestheservicelifeofthemachine.Materialsaftercrushingsizeisadjustedthroughtheeccentricsleeveofthewebbingandthethinedgedifference;betweenthemotorandthemainshaftthroughthetransmissionbelt,easingtheimpactload.Referenceto...
