摘要二维工程图表达信息的能力有限,传统二维工艺采用的“三维建模,二维工程图”方式存在设计信息与工艺信息不衔接的问题,严重影响了产品的快速设计和制造。采用三维工艺技术能够提高产品开发效率,是三维数字化设计与制造一体化模式的重要环节。在三维工艺技术中,三维标注技术能够实现设计信息与工艺信息在产品三维模型上的标注,是实现三维工艺技术的核心技术。本论文针对工艺模型上三维标注技术展开研究,包括工艺模型上的工艺尺寸标注和工艺信息标注。具体内容如下:(1)工艺尺寸标注技术研究:根据TTRS理论识别三维工艺模型中全部面的特征并提取标注元素,定义了3种冗余标注元素消除规则,由标注元素构造了三维标注尺寸,并运用图论知识实现了冗余标注尺寸的消除,完成了UG环境下的工艺尺寸构造,实现了工艺模型上的工艺尺寸标注;(2)工艺信息标注技术研究:分析了工艺信息的表达要素及表达形式,采用工艺信息框格的方式进行标注,将工艺信息模块化表达,实现了基准、形位公差、表面粗糙度等工艺信息的标注;(3)系统开发及验证:开发了基于UG软件的工艺模型三维标注系统,以固体火箭发动机顶盖体零件为例实现了上述技术,解决了工艺模型上的三维标注问题。关键词:工艺模型;三维标注;冗余消除;UG二次开发-I--II-DevelopmentofThree-dimensionalAnnotationSystemforProcessModelBasedonUGAbstractTheabilityof2Dengineeringdrawingstoexpressinformationislimited.3Dmodelingand2Dengineeringdrawingmethodsusedintraditional2Dprocesseshavetheproblemofnon-convergencebetweendesigninformationandprocessinformation,whichseriouslyaffectstherapiddesignandmanufactureofproducts.Theuseofthree-dimensionalprocesstechnologycanimproveproductdevelopmentefficiency,andisanimportantpartofthethree-dimensionaldigitaldesignandmanufacturingintegrationmodel.Inthethree-dimensionalprocesstechnology,Three-dimensionalannotationtechnologyenablesdesigninformationandprocessinformationtobeannotatedon3Dmodelofproduct,andisthecoretechnologyforrealizing3Dprocesstechnology.Wefocusedonthethree-dimensionalannotationtechnologyontheprocessmodel,includingprocesssizeandprocessinformationannotationonprocessmodels.Thedetailsareasfollows:(1)Researchonprocesssizeannotation:AccordingtotheTTRStheory,thefeaturesofallsurfacesinthe3Dprocessmodelwereidentifiedandtheannotationelementswereextracted.Threekindsofredundantannotationelementeliminationrulesweredefined.Three-dimensionalannotationdimensionswereconstructedbyannotationelements,andtheredundancydimensionwaseliminatedbyusinggraphtheoryknowledge.TheprocesssizeconfigurationintheUGenvironmentwascompleted,andtheprocesssizeontheprocessmodelwasachieved.(2)Researchonprocessinformationannotation:Theexpressionelementsandexpressionsoftheprocessinformationwereanalyzed,andtheprocessinformationgridwasusedtoannotatetheprocessinformation.Theprocessinformationwasexpressedinamodularmanner,andtheprocessinformationsuchasthereference,shapetolerance,andsurfaceroughnesswasannotated.(3)Athree-dimensionannotationsystemofprocessmodelbasedonUGsoftwarewasdeveloped.Thesolidrocketenginetopcoverpartwasusedasanexampletosolvetheproblemofthree-dimensionalannotationontheprocessmodel.KeyWords:ProcessModel;Three-dimensionalAnnotation;RedundancyElimination;SecondaryDevelopmentofUG-IV-目录摘要.............................................................................................................................IAbstract..............................................................................................................................II1绪论.................................................
