内容摘要20世纪80年代以来，商业银行的经营环境发生了急剧变化,利率和汇率波动频繁、金融业竞争日益激烈、技术革命日新月异，正是这些因素促使商业银行的经营走上了综合化、电子化和证券化的道路。经营模式也发生了深刻变化，其中最引人注目的就是表外业务的飞速发展。商业银行表外业务在银行的经营活动中占有愈来愈重要的地位。在金融较发达国家，表外业务形成的表外资产和负债以及通过表外业务创造的收入已经逐渐超过表内业务。在我国，商业银行表外业务近年来也获得了较快的发展，但无论在规模、范围以及专业水平上，都存在着较大差距。随着金融一体化的发展和国际银行业竞争的日趋激烈，金融创新能力成为体现商业银行竞争力的重要方面，在银行业务日趋同质化的今天，如何在传统银行业务基础上创造出新的业务模式和新的产品，满足客户多样化的需求，创造新的利润增长点，是每家商业银行都迫切需要解决的课题。与表内业务相比，表外业务具有种类繁多、形式灵活、收益性高、监管较少的特点，这些特点使得表外业务创新更能满足客户日益多样化的需求，为银行带来利润增长点。同时表外业务也具有交易集中、透明度差、风险性强的特点，这些特点决定了表外业务风险管理与防范的特殊性和重要性。本文从金融创新角度对我国商业银行表外业务创新模式进行了探讨，并对我国商业银行表外业务创新的着力点提出了政策建议。关键词：商业银行、表外业务、金融创新ABSTRACTSince1980sthemanagementenvironmentofcommercialbankshaschangedsuddenly.Justtheseelementswhichincludethefrequentwaveofinterestrateandexchangerate,thefiercerandfiercercompetitioninthefieldoffinanceandtherapiddevelopmentoftechnicalrevolutionpushthemanagementofcommercialbankstothewayofsynthesis,electronandsecuritization.Meanwhilethepatternofmanaginghaschangedalot,andthemorenoticeableofthemistherapiddevelopmentofoff-balance–sheetactivities.Nowadays，off-balance-sheetactivities(OBSA)aretakingamoreandmoreimportantpositioninthebusinessoperatingofcommercialbanking.Indevelopedcountries,theincomeofoff-balance-sheetactivitieshasexceededwhichfromtraditionalasset-liabilityactivities.InChina，TheOBSAarealsodevelopingveryrapidlyinrecentyears.Nomatteronthescale，rangeorProfessionallevel，however,therearestillgreatdisparitycomparedwiththewesterncountries.Withthefinalopeningoffinancialmarket，allcommercialbankinChinamustgetgreaterachievementinProduct-innovationtotakeanadvancedpositionincompetition.TheOBSAcanbringmoreincometocommercialbanks;alsobringmoreriskstobanks.SotheriskmanagementofOBSAisparticularimportanttomodernmanagementofcommercialbank.ThispaperstatetheintensionofOBSAaccordingtoBaseCommittees，principle，andtrytoresearchtheinnovationmodelsofOBSAinChinatoday.UnderthestudyingtheriskofOBSA，givethestrategysuggestionsofinnovationandtheriskmanagementofOBSA.Keywords:commercialbank，off-balance-sheetactivities(OBSA)，financialinnovation目录第一章引言...............................................................................................1第一节选题背景与意义...............................................................................................1一、选题的背景............................................................................................................1二、选题的意义............................................................................................................1第二节国内外研究现状...............................................................................................2一、国内研究现状........................................................................................................2二、国外...
