中国科学技术大学MBA硕士研究生学位论文淮矿现代物流公司信息化建设研究二O一三年四月摘要现代物流作为一种先进的组织方式和管理技术，被广泛认为是企业在降低物资消耗、提高劳动生产率之后重要的新的利润源泉。然而煤炭企业物流管理水平与其它行业的差距越来越大，随着竞争的加剧以及成本的攀升，煤炭企业物流管理部门实行精细化管理就变得尤为迫切。淮矿现代物流有限责任公司由于市场不断扩张，企业规模越来越大，随之而来商品流通的信息日益复杂，现有的信息系统已经很难满足企业的物流决策与业务流程管理与操作的要求。所以本文旨在探讨企业如何利用信息化手段对物流系统进行改进，打造高效率、一体化信息系统，实现物流系统的精细化管理。本文通过对淮矿物流调查、访谈等形式以及查阅淮矿物流企业内部资料档案，了解并分析淮矿物流信息化发展的现状与问题。在多年物流信息化建设过程中，淮矿物流大大缩短了信息流通的时间，降低了物流管理的成本，提高了整个供应链系统的运作效率。然而目前淮矿物流信息化建设中依然存在几个关键问题，如系统集成存在一定技术障碍，信息系统内外联系不足、前后联系不足、上下联系不足以及专业信息化人才队伍有待健全等问题。本文在现有信息系统的基础上，结合公司的发展战略，对淮矿物流信息化建设进行科学合理的需求分析，并提出淮矿物流信息化建设方案，对信息系统整体框架以及核心功能模块和扩展功能模块展开合理设计。除了满足淮矿物流发展对信息化建设的迫切需求，于煤炭企业以及企业物流部门如何加强现代物流信息化管理，也有一定的参考价值。关键词：淮矿物流信息化建设物流公共信息平台AbstractThereisstillanlargegapbetweenthecoalenterprisesandotherindustryaccordingtotheleveloflogisticsmanagement.Ascompetitionintensifiesandtheriseinthecostoflogisticsmanagementincoalenterprises,theimplementationofsophisticatedmanagementbecomesparticularlyurgent.Modernlogisticsasanadvancedorganizationwayandmanagementtechnology,iswidelyconsideredtobeimportantasthenewprofitsourceafterreducingmaterialconsumption,andimprovinglaborproductivity.TheMineHuaiLogisticsismainlyresponsiblefortheHuaiRiverMineGroupCompanycentralizedprocurement,storage,distributionandotherinternallogisticsservice,alsoactivelydevelopandexpandexternallogisticsmarket.Intheprocessoflogisticsinformationconstructionformanyyears,TheMineHuaiLogisticshasgreatlyimprovedtheefficiencyofthewholesupplychainsystemandreducedthecostoflogisticsmanagement.Buttherestillbesomeobstaclestobefaced,assystemintegrationhascertaintechnicalbarriersandthepersonnelofprofessionalinformationtechnologyisstilltobeperfect.Basedontheelectronicanddigitaltrendofmodernlogisticsdevelopment,WedoasystematicresearchonthedevelopmentofthelogisticsinformatizationofHuaiRiverMine.Thenweputforwardrelevantsuggestionsonpublicinformationplatformconstruction,inordertomeettheurgentneedsofthedevelopmentoflogisticsinformatizationconstructionoftheMineHuai.Thethesisisdividedinto6chapters,thefirstchapterisintroduction,whichintroducestheresearchbackgroundandsignificance,researchideasandthemaincontent.Thesecondchapterisaboutthedevelopmentofenterpriselogistics,thethirdchapterisaboutthedevelopmentofenterpriselogistics,thenweanalysisthecurrentsituationandproblemsofinformatizationconstructioninthefourthchapter.Thefifthchapterhasanalysistheneedsodlogisticspublicinformationplatform.Atlastwegivesomecountermeasuresandsuggestionsastotheconstructionofthelogisticspublicinformationplatform.Keywords:MineHuaiLogistics;informationizationoflogistics;publicinformationplatform目录第1章绪论.........................................................................51.1研究背景.....
