基于西门子ST-300PLC的虚拟电梯摘要随着城市现代化进程的飞速推进,电梯作为一种安全,高效,方便的垂直运输工具已在人们的日常生活中密不可分,因此,设计一种通用性强、可视性好的PLC虚拟电梯教学模型势在必行。针对电梯运行特点,虚拟电梯设计采用了顺序控制分析方法和面向对象的模块化分析设计方法。设计内容包括电梯的控制技术、PLC电梯控制程序设计、虚拟电梯的程序仿真、虚拟电梯的运行监控等。设计选用功能强大先进的西门子(Siemens)S7-300PLC,西门子S7-PLCSIM仿真软件和WINCCflexible监控软件来实现电梯的软PLC控制、仿真与监控,具有良好的教学可视性、实时性。虚拟电梯系统设计以PLC控制系统为主要研究对象,通过分析研究电梯运行原理,控制要求,做好PLC输入/输出(I/0)端口配置,利用软PLC技术,设计出梯形图LAD控制程序,并对电梯的开关门控制,厅内外召唤登记及消除控制、平层控制、选层及电梯运行过程等进行仿真、监控。虚拟电梯系统设计代替了传统的继电器控制系统,提出了一种新颖的便于教师讲授、易于学生编程和调试的控制方法。虚拟电梯系统与电梯物理模型相比,充分发挥了西门子中型PLC和组态软件的强大功能,具有较强的灵活性、可操作性、通用性。教师和学生可以根据教学需要自行开发电梯控制系统,体会程序对现场生产设备的控制效果,并根据仿真结果不断修改程序,增强PLC一体化教学的教学效果,提高教学效率和培训层次。关键词:虚拟电梯仿真;S7-300PLC;STEP7;WINCCflexible;监控AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofcitymodernization,theelevatorasasafe,efficient,convenientfortheverticaltransportationtoolinpeople'sdailylifeareinseparable.Therefore,beimperativetodesignakindofstrongversatility,goodvisibilityofthePLCvirtualelevatorteachingmodel.Inviewoftheoperationalcharacteristicsoftheelevator,thevirtualelevatordesignusingmodularanalysismethodandobjectorientedanalysisanddesignmethodofsequencecontrol.Thedesignincludestheelevatorcontroltechnology,PLCelevatorcontrolprogramdesign,virtualelevatorprogramsimulation,virtualelevatoroperationmonitoring.DesignusespowerfuladvancedSiemens(Siemens)S7-300PLC,SiemensS7-PLCSIMsimulationsoftwareandWINCCflexiblesoftwaretorealizethesoftPLCelevatorcontrol,simulationandmonitoring,withvisibility,goodreal-timeteaching.VirtualelevatorsystemdesignbasedonPLCcontrolsystemasthemainobjectofstudy,throughtheanalysisoftheelevatoroperationprinciple,controlrequirements,doagoodjobinPLCinput/output(I/0)portconfiguration,usingsoftPLCtechnology,designsthetrapezoidalchartLADcontrolprogram,andcontrolofthedoorswitchofelevator,hallofcallregisterandremovecontrol,levelcontrol,layerselectionandelevatoroperationprocesssimulation,monitoring.Designofvirtualelevatorsystemtoreplacethetraditionalrelaycontrolsystem,proposesanovelconvenientforteacherstoteachstudents,easyprogramminganddebuggingcontrolmethod.Virtualelevatorsystemandelevatormodel,givesfullplaytothefunctionsofSiemensmediumPLCandconfigurationsoftware,hasstrongflexibility,operability,general.Teachersandstudentscandeveloptheelevatorcontrolsystemaccordingtotheneedsofteaching,experienceoffieldcontroleffectofproductionequipment,andmodifytheprogramcontinuouslyaccordingtothesimulationresults,enhancedPLCintegrationteachingeffect,improvetheefficiencyofteachingandtraininglevel.Keywords:virtualelevatorsimulation;S7-300PLC;STEP7;WINCCflexible;monitoring目录摘要.................................................................................................................IIIAbstract.....................................................................................................................IV目录................................
