版本1REV.1舟山中远造船质量标准Cosco(zhoushan)shpiyardshipbuildingqualitystandard浙江.舟山中远船务工程有限公司ZHEJIANGCOSCO（ZHOUSHAN）SHIPYARDCO.，LTD内控船舶建造质量标准SHIPBUILDINGQUALITYSTANDARD总则General1.总述Description1.1凡按本标准建造的船舶，其施工、检验和试验，除另有规定外，均按合同规定的图样、技术文件和本标准的规定进行。Theoperation,inspectionandtestoftheships,whicharefabricatedaccordingtothisstandard,mustbecarriedoutaccordingtothedrowingdescribedincontract,technicaldocumentandthisstandardiftherearenootherspecificdescriptions.1.2船级社规定审核的材料，本公司必须具有材料制造厂所提供的船级社认可的质量证书。否则，本公司应按船级社规定的有关要求，在验船师在场的情况下复验合格后才能使用。Thematerialsmustbeapprovedaccordingtoclassificationsocietyrequirement.Weshouldhavethequalitycertificateofmaterialsfrommanufactoryandapprovedbyclassificationsociety,otherewisethematerialscanbeusedafterbeingre-inspectioninpresenceofsurveyoraccordingtoclassificationsocietyrelationrequirement.1.3在合同规定的图样、技术文件和本标准中未注明技术要求的产品或零部件，均按中华人民共和国国家标准，或相应的专业标准（部标准）、企业标准的要求或工厂惯例进行。Asforthetechnologicalrequirementoftheseproductsandaccessorywhichnotmentionedinthedraftandtechnologicdocumentofcontractrelgulation,thenthedraft、technologicdocumentandthisstandard,mustbesubjectedtoPRCstandard,orrelativeprofessionalstandard(departmentstandard)、requirementofenterprisestandardandfactoryconvention.1.4对各种试验方法，本标准不作详细规定，除另有规定外一般可按工厂的技术文件进行。系泊与航行试验按中华人民共和国国家标准，及船东与验船师认可的系泊机航行试验大纲进行。Thevarioustestmethodsarenotincludedinthisstandard.Ingeneral,testshouldbeimplementaccordingtothetechnologicaldocumentsofthefactory,exceptadditionalrequirement.MooringtestandseatrialistobecarriedoutaccordingtonationalstandardandoutlineofmooringtestandseatrialapprovedbyOwnerandsupervisor.1.5对批量建造的船舶，其倾斜试验、系泊试验及航行试验的项目，在船东和验船师认可的情况下，可从第二艘船起适当减少。Forasetofshipsconstructions,theitemsofincliningtest,mooringtestandseatrialmayproperlyreducefromsecondvesselundertheapprovalbyOwnerandsupervisor.2.检验与建造Inspectionandconstruction2.1船东在按本标准规定进行检查、验收时，对本标准未作规定的专用设备的检查、验收，可事先与本公司协商决定。TheOwnertakesaninspectionandacceptancetotheequipmentaccordingtothisstandard,asfortheinspectionandacceptanceofthespecialequipmentthatnotmentionedinthisstandard,Ownershoulddiscusstodecidewithusbeforeinspectionandacceptance.2.2除规定每周按检验计划执行检验任务外，本公司还可用书面要求船东到场检验，一般应在隔日提出需检验的项目、时间和地点。WecanalsoaskOwnertobepresentforinspectinginwritten,exceptregularinspectionaccordingtoinspectionplanofweekly.Ingeneral,weshouldsupplyinspectionitem,timeandplaceinadvancebyoneday.船东现场检验期间，本公司应提供所有保证实施检验的条件。Duringtheinspectioninpresenceofsurveyoronthespot,weshouldensuretheinspectionconditioningoodorder.船东应在指定的时间和地点进行检验。事先接到本公司检验通知未表示异议，而届时又未到现场，则验船师或本公司验收合格后即认为所检验项目有效。TheinspectionshouldbetakeninappointedtimeandplaceforownerIfOwnerhasnoobjectionaboutthenoticesentbyusbeforeinspection,butheisabsentfortheinspectionduetohimself.Sotheinspectionitemwillbeconsideredeffectiveafterapprovedbysupervisororus...
