中国服务贸易的现状及发展对策研究摘要在当今世界经济发展的今天，服务贸易水平已逐渐被提升为衡量国家综合竞争力的一个必要因素。自20世纪70年代末以来，我国的服务贸易发展迅速，但在宏观层面上仍然低于国际标准。目前，国际竞争已逐渐指出向服务贸易偏移的迹象，服务贸易的发展，增强综合国力是经济全球化趋势中最重要的问题。虽然服务贸易在我国经历了改革开放后的一系列变革，取得了一定的成绩，并且在国民经济中的比重逐渐上升。然而，由于国家在一段时间以内并没有意识到服务贸易的重要性，使得服务贸易与其他产业相比仍显不足，更不用说与国际上的先进国家相提并论了。通过本文的研究，虽然现阶段我国服务贸易发展态势良好，然而存在服务贸易逆差、不合理的产业结构、物流以及旅游比重偏高、科技含量高的行业比重较低的现状，与国际服务贸易产业结构的发展动态不同步。目前来说，影响我国服务贸易发展的原因比较繁杂，除规章制度、服务贸易专业人员和国内服务贸易企业本身等主要原因外，服务业劳动生产率、企业人员素质等也在一定领域内制约着我国服务贸易的发展。然而，本文观点属于一家之言，并不能全面地反映整个行业的所有细节。所以在今后的调研中，需要根据产业结构特点进行细致研究，做到找出更有说服力的促进中国服务贸易发展的对策。关键词：中国服务贸易；发展现状；对策IIIABSTRACTIntoday'srapideconomicdevelopment,thedevelopmentlevelofserviceindustryhasgraduallypromotedtomeasurethecountry'scomprehensivecompetitivenessisanecessaryfactor.Sincethelate1970s,China'sservicetradehasdevelopedrapidlyinsupportofnationalconditions,butonthewholeisstillinferiortotheinternationalstandards.Rightnow,theinternationalcompetitivenessdirectiongradualsignspointingtoservices,thedevelopmentofservicestoenhancethecomprehensivenationalstrengthisourcountry'saccessiontotheWTOafterthefirstproblemtobesolved.WhiletheservicessectorinChinahasexperiencedaseriesofchangesafterthereformandopeninguphasbeenanunprecedentedsuccess,andinthegradualincreaseintheproportionofthenationaleconomy.However,withinaperiodoftimebecausethestatedidnotrealizetheimportanceofserviceindustries,suchservicesisstillinsufficientcomparedwithotherindustries,nottomentionwithinternationaladvancedcountriesequal.Throughthisstudy,althoughthestageofChina'sservicetradedevelopmentingoodshape,butthereservicestradedeficit,irrationalindustrialstructure,logisticsandtourismoverweight,high-techindustrieslowerproportionofthestatusquo,andinternationaltradeinservicesindustriesstructuraldevelopmentsarenotsynchronized.Atpresent,theimpactofChina'sservicetradedevelopmentmorecomplicatedreasons,inadditiontorulesandregulations,tradeinservicesprofessionalsanddomestictradeinservicessuchastheenterpriseitselfthemainreason,theservicesectorlaborproductivity,qualityofcorporateofficers,etc.arealsorestrictingcertainareasofourcountrytradeinservices.However,thisviewisoneofthewords,doesnotfullyreflectallthedetailsoftheentireindustry.Soinfutureresearch,needtobestudiedindetailthecharacteristicsoftheindustrialstructure,sotofindamoreconvincingtopromotethedevelopmentofChina'sservicetrademeasures.Keywords:China'sservicetrade;developmentstatus;countermeasuresIII目录摘要.....................................................................................................................IIABSTRACT........................................................................................................III第一章绪论.........................................................................................................11.1选题背景和选题意义............................
