合肥市某高层办公楼给排水设计（1）摘要：随着我国经济建设的快速发展，人民生活水平的提高，城市中越来越多地出现高层建筑，而且高层建筑所占的比例也越来越大。人们对高层建筑的要求不断提高，特别是对给排水的设计，不仅要求经济实用，而且要求美观大方。本次设计为一幢高层办公楼，建筑高度，地上22层，地下一层（车库兼人防），总建筑面积约22,900m2（其中地上21000m2，地下1900m2），1－22层为办公用房。设计范围包括：建筑给水系统,消防给水系统、自动喷水灭火系统、污水系统。给水系统采用分区供水，一到五层为低区，由市政管网直接供水。六层到十二层为中区，十三层到二十二层为高区，采用下行上给的供水方式，由地下室的生活水池-变频恒压供水供水；排水系统采用的是污、废分流制，底层单独排水，废水排水立管仅设伸顶通气管，污水排水立管设专用通气立管，污水再经化粪池处理后排向市政污水管网；消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统，火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给，正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。地下室消防泵房内设消火栓泵、喷淋泵各二台（一用一备）。我们按照相关设计规范的要求，结合工程实际，整体规划，合理布局，使设计更加符合适用、安全、卫生、经济等要求。关键词：给水系统，消防系统，自动喷水灭火系统，污水系统ABSTRACTWiththerapiddevelopmentofourcountry'seconomicconstruction,people'slivingstandardimproved,moreandmorehigh-risebuildingsappearincities,andtheproportionofhigh-risebuildingsisgrowing.Therequirementsofthepeopleonhigh-risebuildingscontinuetoimprove,especiallyforthedesignofthewatersupplyanddrainage,itrequiresnotonlyeconomical,butalsobeautifulandeasy.Thisdesignincludesoneeight-layerresearchbuildingandthebasement.Thedesignscopeincludes:buildingwatersupplysystem,firewatersupplysystem,andwastewatersystem.Watersupplysystemuseszoningwatersupply,onetothreelayerbeinglowareaissuppliedbythemunicipalpipedirectly.Fourtoeightlayerbeinghigharea,selectswatersupplymethodwhichwaterpumpintheundergroundgarageelevateswatertotheroofofthehighwatertank,againbyhighwatertanktohighareawatersupplypipenetwork;Thedrainagesystemusessewage,wasteseparatesystem,thefirstfloordrainswateralone,drainagestandpipesetoutonlytopventilationtube,sewageistreatedbytheseptictankbackagaintothemunicipalsewagepipenetwork;Firepreventionsystemisdesignedtofirehydrantextinguishingsystem,10minofearlyfirewaterissuppliedbyfirewatertank,normalwaterissuppliedbyfirepumpfromthecistern.Thebasementfirepumproomsetouttwospraypumps(onework,onebackup);waterspraypumpandspraypumparecombined.Accordingtotherelevantdesigntherequirementofthespecifications,combinedwiththeengineeringpractice,theoverallplanning,rationaldistribution,wemakeadesignmoreinlinewiththeapplicable,safety,health,economicandotherrequirements.Keywords:Ⅰclasshigh-risehousing,watersupplyanddrainage,fireprevention目录第1章绪论..........................................................................................................11.1本次毕业设计任务....................................................................................11.2研究课题的目的及意义............................................................................11.3建筑给排水工程设计的发展历史............................................................1第2章给水排水工程设计说明书......................................................................32.1设计资料....................................................................................................32.1.1设计题目描述..................................................................................32.1.2...
